There was no fresh salad with the dinner and the waitresses looked stressed and overworked. Maybe its a bit on the pricy side.

The entry to the beach was very close. The room was comfy for the family and I liked the half board option.

Rooms are quite dark in the night with lack of light. Breakfast and dinner are sufficient to grab some food but personally it was not my preference.

The breakfast was good but didn’t offer a variety of options.

Comfortable, calm, clean, very friendly and helpful workers, nice location. We could checkout very late and it cost almost nothing. The dinner was great.

Cleaning in the room was not done during our stay and also when we arrived the bathroom was not clean (toilet was dirty from previous guests).

Their "no waste" policy, having 2 day expired joghurt is a big NO from me. Their half board offering does not include any drink during dinner not even water. You have to choose from the drinks menu and on top of it you will also be charged with "service fee" both breakfast and dinner.

It was close to the lake. SPA section was ok, although only the finnish sauna was functional. Breakfast was ok but you had to be there in time otherwise you might miss out on some offerings as they don't refill.

The airconditioning was a bit weak for us, but we like to sleep maximum 22C, that maybe too low for most of the people.

We have stayed in hotel Laroba 6 days in July. The property was almost perfect for us, the whole hotel is clean, well equiped, the staff super kind, super helpful and did everything to make us happy. The wellness is very good, comfortable, the jets in big pool are the best what I have ever experienced (usually the jets are weak, not really make their jobs from massage point os view) they have everything what is needed. Lake Balaton is close, the beach is perfect with lot of shady places, clean and full with different kind of restaurants, bars.

Be ready to speak other languages than English, e.g., German, Hungarian.

Hotel is located just next to Balaton lake and not far away from Veszprem, where we attended the business seminar (15-20 minutes drive). We only had time to spend two nights in the hotel including breakfast and for this purpose the hotel was great and with normal prices.

There wasn't any shower in our room and the spa was directly next to the bed so no chance for a private shower if you have the queen spa room , which was misleading since the room's photo did include a photo of a shower.. so that was a bit shocking and disappointing

Location was alright easy to get there from the train station. Food was alright, the spa in the room was really nice.

We expected more food wise, but we can't say we were hungry...

The afternoon receptionist was wonderful. Always smiling and super helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Wellness was great with a lot of different sauna options. Although the pool and the jacuzzi are not so big, it is not to crowded and you can even find it empty during some periods of the day.

The rest of offer wasnt. We didnt get clean towels next day, dinner was bad. Stuff member was walking around our balcony during the nigh (that was realy un nececary cause balcony was on the roof of the pool). It wasnt clean - stairs, bathroom nor coffee mugs. I wont go there anymore.

The toilet paper holder in the room was in a very hard to reach place but doable. The staff didn't always speak english so communicating was difficult at times but ok with Google translate.

The room was amazing. Very clean and lots of room the jacuzzi that we had in the room was very large. The experience was very Romantic. The food was very good and plenty to eat different every day. If your going to stay choose the dinner option the expense was for 2 people for 3 days 25 euro. You can't eat at a restaurant anywhere for that price for 3 days
