Staff was so lovely, and kind. 24hrs front desk was so helpful as my flight from Brussels didn’t land until 11:30pm. Spacious room, stayed in room 303, ground floor. Easy luggage storage. Plenty of food spots ( brunch, breakfasts etc) locally. For a female solo traveler, I felt safe, and would stay again on my next visit. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but the staff were so kind and welcoming that I had to mention them, truly some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. The hotel itself was clean, and while it does require a bit of walking to reach the main attractions, I didn’t mind it at all.

A bit too noisy early in the morning, hopefully the cleaning staff will pay a bit more attention on this aspect. Toiletries a bit too poor I would say, a pair of slippers would be much appreciated considering the floors, also some water at the minibar would be great to have.

Location, cleaning, breakfast perfectly organized by the staff lady, reception staff super nice and very helpful. Complimentary tea & instant coffee was nice too.

The hotel is great, bedroom very clean and modern. Staff were very nice and helpful. I had a minor issue with the app to open the bedroom door and they solved very quickly with an alternative. I had breakfast there every day and it was very worth it. I highly recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately the room assigned wasn’t the same that I booked, I booked for a Deluxe room but they made a downgrade giving me a Superior room. At the first sight, once I entered the room, I recognised that it wasn’t a Deluxe room and I noticed to the reception where the lady told me that it was a Deluxe room and not a Superior. So we went back to the room and we checked the photos of a Superior room and it was exactly the same assigned to us. I went back one more time to the reception to claim and there was also a woman this time. When I showed them the photos of both booking.com and the one of my room (you can see the photo here attached) they didn’t say anything (of course they knew I was right, I had my photo as an evidence) and the woman told us that to compensate they could offer us breakfast for two days, I asked to offer us for all of our stay (4 days) because of what happens cause I thought it was the minimum as We paid for a Deluxe room and not for a Superior. Also, the minibar didn’t work for all the stay, even if we told the reception for two days. Despite of this, the hotel was clean, the housekeeping service was very good and they also put something for our first anniversary as I requested on booking.com, the location also is great.

exceptionally friendly and helpful staff make a big difference in this hotel (both the night check in gentleman and the lady at the reception in the morning were very friendly and volunteering to help), the room was large and very clean and the furniture modern and comfortable, the wifi signal was good, nice wide desk for your laptop, great storage rooms on the ground level for after you check out (they even give you secure keys to make sure your bags are locked and safe), at night it was quiet (because the room was overlooking the inner yard), nice comfy long bed, towel rails to dry stuff

There was an annoying grinding noise that could be intermittently heard especially early in the morning. Sounded like it might be air in pipes. Not sure if it was part of the hotel or the adjacent building. The bed and in particular the pillows was no very comfy.

Location was the main reason for selecting this hotel. It is located in the old jewish quarter and in amongst some decent restaurants and bars. The room was a good size and was decent enough for the price. Our interaction with the staff was mininal, but they were always courteous. Our housekeeping did a very good job. Outside noise was actually much less than expected based on previous reviews. It is on a side street, so not right amongst the crowds.

Great location, facilities, the bed is so comfortable, very friendly staff.. The elevator was under maintenance for half a day and the manager of the hotel was very nice trying to solve the problem for us because other family members couldn’t use the stairs. Also the receptionist suggested us so many nice places to visit in Hungary. Free parking for the hotel!!

Nothing it was perfect.

Brilliant hotel and a brilliant location right in the heart of the Jewish quarter surrounded by great restaurants and right beside Szimpla Kert ruin bar. The hotel room was probably the best I have ever stayed in. You simply download the hotel app and you have the room card on your phone. You can also control the temperature and do not disturb on the app. Highly recommend 10/10.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. Easy to walk to the main sights and close to the ruin bars! Very quiet at night though. Excellent reception staff and very good facilities. When the app didn’t work they found a quick solution. Very big, comfortable room, all very clean. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work but as the weather wasn’t very good it didn’t affect us. Also our shower didn’t drain very well but it never flooded!

Transparent WC. Even the 🚽. Which is not quite convenient even with your family members, let alone friends or colleagues.

Location is superb. As well as the room and facilities. Staff is very helpful and sweet. The best hotel for this price.
