Everithing was perfect

My stay at Kozmo Residences was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness of the entire place was exceptional—everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly set this place apart, however, was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout-out to the manager. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Kozmo Residences to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place with outstanding service.

I stayed in the 60 m2 room...suite..2 bathrooms, great superb living room .the bedroom was really fantastic.the whole property is very clean and in a absolut great "shape." One the best deals in budapest.very well managed. All the employees i had talked were very nice.deffintly I will be back. Last but not least both "kozmo properties are great.kizmo residences or kozmo hotel and spa ..a gud decision for a fablous stay

The accommodation exceeded all my expectations. Extremely friendly staff at the reception. It was so quiet that during the 3 days we did not hear any noise or other people. The space is extremely large and comfortable, decorated in the right style, with beautiful furniture colors. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean for 10! The apartment has all the kitchen appliances so you can make a complete lunch, if you want. They also have a dishwasher, dishwashing detergent. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The welcome was warm, check-in was quick, and every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful, with tall ceilings, lots of space, and impeccable cleanliness. The minibar was well-stocked, the coffee excellent, and the bathroom toiletries from Penhaligon’s were a luxurious touch. The location was fantastic, with easy on-street parking right outside. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return.

We liked everything! Just a tiny suggestion for improvement: the thing on which the conditioner was fastened, was loose. And the toilet paper stands a bit rusty at the bottom.

It was so spatious, stylish and clean. In the 38-degree heat, the AC was a blessing!

The ventilation system in the rooms was SUPER loud. This white noise might not even affect some people but it was ALOT for us and there was no way to get it off. Also stairs were only way to enter building so had to carry up strollers and bags.

Amazing location, we walked to river easily but we enjoy walking. Super clean nice and luxurious rooms, bathrooms and beds after some compromises in these areas using Airbnbs. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful from helping us carry bags to baggage storage. Huge rooms and apartments; we had more space than we are used to and best of all they had already made the sofa bed for the children to sleep on. Arrival by car was easy peasy as there was a cheap nice parking garage next door. Also nice bath products and toiletries, and which again was luxurious after Airbnbs.

Pillows were a big NO. Need to be changed asap into smaller, fluffier, more comfy ones. Long ones are not comfy or practical. Remark to parents with little children: windows open wide and only a short barrier available. Management of breakfast tables and orders could be better. Nespresso machines are often jammed and complicated to work out

The television did not receive free to air TV.

The host at the residence was unbelievably helpful. Each day he was able to give us many tips and advice to help us through -out our entire stay in Budapest. Extremely patient with us, and able to provide succinct directions. The accommodation was prestigious and the apartment space was very generous. Very high ceilings, great bathroom and spacious living areas. Having the hotel next door was helpful for breakfast which was first class with first class service.

Location was easy for navigating the city. The apartment was big and had everything for comfort , the bed was especially comfortable. coffee and tea was included also. The staff are helpful.
