The building where the apartment is located is not as nice as the apartment itself. The entrance felt a bit scary for us (female travelers). At some point there were homeless sleeping in the foyer, and someone crashed trash bin on the staircase, broking the door to the basement and scattering the trash all over the place. But we personnaly had no incidents and appartment itself felt safe.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Location is just perfect. Host was very nice, checked us in early and stayed in touch before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for a short or longterm stay.

The building entrance looks a bit dodgy. Even though the area is safe, it needs a bit of cleaning in the common area. Could have a black-out curtain.

The apartment is fully renovated and comfortable. The location is just perfect with a restaurant at the door, if you are tired and don't want to go far. Easy to access everywhere around with a short walk. It has an air conditioner, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The shower is very good. Towels are provided. Well decorated.

The entrance was via some strange backstairs... The room wasn't ready for another 30 minutes although I arranged the hour of arrival days before.

The building entrance and stairs leading up to the apartment were not very clean, there was a lot of trash outside of the doors. It was a bit confusing to find the key at first with the self check-in, but overall the pros were more than the cons.

The location is great, close to many key sights.

the only little problem was to find the office but the rest went very smooth. The apartment is very nice, roomy, clean and well furnished. Furthermore you can't beat the location right where all the action takes place.

The entrance to the bulding is not the best looking. At first sight I thought we were scanned, and we got super scared. But once you enter the property, everything make sense. Just what the pictures show you. Also, they need better curtains, because the studio faces the street, so I lot of light comes throught the windows.

The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere easily.

It was difficult to shower without the shower door. A quick run to the store to get a temporary curtain fix would have been easy and helpful.

Firstly - it was cold at night, because the Thermostate always Switched to 18°. So it was always refreshing after a night under the warm blanket. Secondly - you need to use the toilet very accurate. We nearly had a flood, but found a plunger, so it was saved.

It’s a super nice area - in the middle of the most party-street, but in a hidden gem (always an adventure to go upstairs to the apartment), so you can’t hear the noise. The stuff was also helpful. Huge flat, you have everything here - from scissors till sugar in the shelf.

The entrance to the place can be daunting to a more diminutive person than I. Bums in the hallway, four keys to open all the gates are cumbersome, but give a sense of safety when inside.

Really comfortable big place, in spite of the old interior. Not very modern, but I guess it is a traditional apartment. If I owned it, first action I would take was a new coat of paint.

The noise level was a bit much and there were a large group of homeless people sleeping in the hallway to the unit. Those are outside the control of the proper manager but the location makes up for all of that

Collection of the keys was easy enough. I just met the property manager at the front door and she guided me to the unit.

It’s in a nice area in the city and the property was clean. The space was bigger than the photos show which was a great surprise and the property owner was amazing and great to work with.

The only thing is the shower door doesn’t close completely so the water can run a bit, but it’s not a big thing.

Perfect location, close to the main spots, restaurants and well connected to public transports. Very comfortable and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We could do the check in before 3pm, which was amazing. They also offered tea and coffee, it was very kind.
