The apartment was very spacious, much more then we thought. Two large bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has many facilities, including a large refrigerator (much larger than usually seen at hotel rooms) . There are two bathrooms and showers, and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the inner courtyard is very nice. There is a metro station nearby, this metro line #1 takes you in a few minutes to the center (Deak Ferenc Ter area). If the hotel was located around that area it would be even better.

The only downside in our opinion was the breakfast, which was the same every day. It would be nice to have some variety from time to time.

Very good location just off Andrassy street. Metro very close by as well. The studio is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. we had a wonderful stay there.

Amazing value for a family of four. The staff was friendly and welcoming and pre-labeled our parking spot in the garage (we fit an American Honda Pilot SUV, but it was a very tight fit). The hotel can also coordinate child-care which we didn't use this time but would like to try in the future. The hotel is close to the subway lines making travel in the city a breeze. Our one-bedroom also came with a washer in the bathroom.

The breakfast was the same each day and nothing special, but quite decent and enough to get your day going. Honestly, it's difficult to find negatives, this is an awesome place.

The staff was exceptionally polite and forthcoming, everything was as per expectations (or above expectations) including help with transport to/from airport. The accommodation was great, very nice, clean and quiet room with all the amenities provided. Hotel also has a lovely garden, 24/7 free coffee and tea. There's also an above-averagely equipped hotel gym (compared to usual hotel standards)

Breakfast could be refilled quicker, eggs, Bread, juice sometimes took a while to get refilled. Other than that the Breakfast was very good.

They correctly have signs asking guests to be careful of water usage yet there was no plug for the bathroom sink. A small thing but important to save water when washing/hand shaving.

The room has been well designed with quality materials and dressed with stylish furnishings. There is lots of storage for clothes, a superb bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need for a few nights. I asked for a quiet room and was very pleased with the room we were given. We slept well in our comfortable king size bed. They also provide free tea/coffee and chilled water in the communal area.

Breakfast is very basic - eggs, bacon, yogurt, bread, cheese and ham. There are stairs at the entrance and in front of some of the apartments which makes it less comfortable if you are with a stroller.

Our apartment was fantastic - brand new, beautiful and spacious with everything you need in it. We also had a beautiful balcony but unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside for too long.

Not all staff were friendly ? Breakfast on 2 occasions was poorly managed. I.e No bread or Juice or hot food being topped up.

Rooms could use a bit of small repairs (faucets for example). Also, furniture is a bit older, they could replace a few things... such as chairs and towels that are falling a part... It's not a big deal, but it's a 4 star hotel, some of the details should be better. Also, breakfast could offer a bit more variety.

Hotel is on great location, near the M1 subway station. Apartment was spacious, very clean a well equipped. Big windows offer a lot of light. Beds were ok.

Recommendation - The bath towels were clean but had a bad smell.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and central area within a short walk of the city center. The room is large and spacious (45 m) and includes a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom and a living room. There is also a balcony facing an inner courtyard. There is a cleaning service every day, including changing towels. The service is courteous and welcoming. I must especially mention the elderly receptionist who worked at night and was empathetic and kind and simply a lovely person.
