First day I've found long black hair in the shower and on the corridor, and the shower gel was empty or defect. I reported that next morning at the reception, but after that nothing changed.

Great location, nice hotel, room and bathroom, price is also OK. The employees of the reception are helpful.

Very close to train station which was the main reason for us. Staff is excellent. Rooms are clean and good size. Price is good. We always return to this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in front of the train station, very close to many places we could eat and not a far walk from the Mall. We only stayed one night but I remember the shower being nice.

It was easy hearing people talk outside the room, mostly it was okay, but it was a bit distracting when a big party was walking past or talking in the hallway.

Restaurant availability. Room card having to be replaced 4 times. More friendly interaction with reception area staff would have improved my opinion. Not having phone calls answered late in evening, trying to advise flight delay so arrival would be around 3am Thankfully my transfer driver stayed with me on arrival at hotel until security allowed me in.

It is in a good location. Very easy to get to places. Nice atmosphere. Rooms are in a good size and plenty of storage places for the clothes and suitcases. Our room didn’t include breakfast but across the road plenty of places for nice breakfast

This property uses a luggage storage company that cost to store your luggage. Upon my return the luggage company overcharged my credit card to retrieve my luggage. I was able to call to get a credit….but how many people accept the charges…how much overcharged? Over 100 euros.

On our first morning, the breakfast didn't have as much option as the other mornings did. The cereal had run out and didn't get replenished. It was around 9am. But due to there being so much else, it didn't ruin the breakfast.

We really liked how friendly the staff were. They helped us when we needed to change rooms due to a personal situation for my mum. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and staff around. The room was good, the beds were comfy and had enough toiletries for myself and my mum. The transport links to the city were excellent and easy to use for 2 girls that were not thay confident.

The curtain should be always closed to prevent from the other rooms’ visibility.

The location is great and easy to find. It’s across the train station with five minutes-walk and the center is nearby. The staff is helpful and speaks clear English. My room is quiet, clean, and the facility is new. The complementary water and the kettle with tea bags and coffee are so convenient.

I accidentally spilled water from the kettle onto the floor and wiped it up with toilet paper. Unfortunately, the paper showed some dark stains, so the floor could use some additional cleaning. But it’s not critical! I also missed having disposable slippers — they would have been appropriate.

Close to the train station and still very well soundproofed! Everything meets the standards. Clean, tidy, and well-organized. Delicious dinners.

They need to change the water kettle, current design makes it almost impossible to pour boiled water slowly without spilling.

Hotel is just across the street from Budapest Keleti station, metro, buses, teams stops close by, “Spare” store around the block. Everything within 5 min walking. This is what we wanted, others might have different preference.

For 3 people, there should be an additional bed. Also lockers are available for storing the luggage, but that should not be chargeable for hotel guests.

The location is good, very close to the central railway station. The rooms are comfortable and the decoration is nice.

Nothing that I can think of.. it's great experience.

The location is perfect as it's near to the Metro and the Main Train Station. It's ideal if you plan to travel by train in the early hours. The Metro get you into the main attraction easily. The staff is great and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for family and travellers.
