Would be helpful to have more signage indicating location of hotel and parking.

Incredible location, friendliness and professionalism of staff, cleanliness and size of accommodation. All in all would not stay anywhere else in Eger. Incredibly impressed!!!

They have parking, however, as I know its very limited underground, which mean that max high is around 2.1m. We were not able to use it as I had a box on the roof. However, during weekends, public parking is free from Saturday 1pm till Sunday midnight

Very good location. Hotel prepared cot for baby on our request. Good breakfast. In general, I would return while I will be passing by.

Well cared, good cleaning, comfortable despite of not being a brand new property.

The room was very small, by morning it bacame warm. There was A/C but I didn't want to use so I "suffered" a bit.

The location is excellent, just near the entrance of the Fortress one of the most known historical sights in Eger. The breakfast was very good, tasty, fresly squezed orange juice fresh omlet, extra good bread, etc. The staff was very kind and supportive.

I checked out and went to visit the castle, wanted to use bathroom before heading out from the city, but between 10 and 12 there is no bathroom available. (there is one that you can use located in the restaurant, but it is closed between 10 and 12)

I liked almost everything about this place. Perfect location. 20 meters away from the entrance to the castle, very close to the restaurants and main square. Nice room, small but enough for one or two nights. Clean. OK breakfast. Small undergroung garage at the hotel.

Nothing too dramatic, but the reception staff could have informed the guests that they have to turn on the corridor light themselves at night. I was groping in the dark and then had to go back downstairs to find out.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a single room. It's small but enough for my needs, e.g. room to open my case, an arm chair and a desk. The room is nice and very clean. I like it that they have standards for their cleaning. It is perfect that it's located right next to the castle and a Michelin star restaurant, and I could find other restaurants around. It's within walking distance to other attractions and the train station as well. The breakfast included at the high rated restaurant was very nice.

Yeah, here's a little hiccup. Housekeeping is non-existent. During our three nights stay they showed up only to replace towels and (fortunately) drop the toilet paper. Beds untouched, empty cans and bottles not removed. On top of that - under the sink, half empty bottles. In the bath, open used mini soap from previous guests -thanx a lot, nice touch upon arrival.

Location is absolutely fantastic. 50 m from the castle's gate on the main street with all the boutiques, bars and restaurants. Well maintained hotel, very friendly service (big thanks to the young man at the reception on 30.04). A bit dated furniture - if you really trying to find something to complain. Place is clean (ironically - I'll get to that in the section below). Limited underground parking, we were fortunate to squeeze in. But if you don't - there is plenty of places around to park your carriage. You can communicate in english, dont' know about other languages. Hotel is located walking distance from Eger pools/slides/thermal baths. Naturally this was #1 for our kids. No need to drive - 5 min walk and you're there. Breakfast. Limited choice but if you ask me - it's enough. Squeezed orange juice, coffee, fresh bread, scrambled eggs, cold cuts - they do the trick for me. Friendly attitude of the man responsible for breakfast - priceless. He helped our kids with juicer several times, and every time he did it with a smile. Restaurant. Wow. But just one wow will not do the justice in this case. Absolutely fantastic, with immaculate service. Big thanx to the big bold guy, tatar steak lover such as myself. We ended up booking dinner twice during our stay (yes, you need to book in advance, no surprise here). Endless variety of wine for wine lovers. I guess Michelin emblem three years in the row is well deserved. Last but not least - you will not break your budget there.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable really and I'd have preferred to have ordered my breakfast on the day rather than the day ahead but relatively minor things! Thank you

A plug in in the bathroom would have been nice for the hair dryer or perhaps a mirror somewhere in the room for when using the hair dryer. An offer to help with getting bags up to the room would be nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. The hotel offers discounted tickets to the thermal baths which was nice. My room was super cute and cozy. Breakfast was excellent and was actually the best breakfast I had on my entire trip. Location was perfect right at the base of the castle and in the old town.

They did not turn on the heating while preparing our room. When we entered the room it was so cold (it was winter), it took hours to properly heat up to a comfortable degree. The unit has 3 radiators but they were all completely turned down, greatly reducing comfort at first. Our room opened straight to the outside, not an inside corridor so we heard the other guests laughing and chatting around midnight in the courtyard.

Lovely location! The staff is very professional and the rooms are clean with plenty of space to store your stuff in the front room. The breakfast was great, we visited Macok for dinner too. Appreciated the very clean shower cabin and the shower gel provided. There is a mini fridge to purchase from or to store your own things that need refrigerating.

I don't like the parking issue. When filtering booking.com I put free parking. When leaving I was asked to pay for parking my car. I don't like such situations and the offer should clearly state that there is a paid parking. The second situation is the resort fee. This is a tax that must be paid but nowhere in the hotel's offer is it stated that the resort tax will be added to the room price. To be clear - I am not criticizing the tax but there is a lack of information on this in the hotel's offer. I like fair play and this is not entirely fair play. Especially since it is an excellent hotel and should not have critical comments

    Excellent.
