We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice people, restaurant was ok. We couldn’t eat outside because it was to hot but the food was nice. Parking place inside is very good and safe . Good breakfast!

DenmarkThe only small downside was the breakfast – it wasn't very rich or fresh. It would have been nice to have the option to eat outside in the garden. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again.
We had a lovely stay at Illés Hotel. The location was convenient and the surroundings were peaceful – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The check-in was fast and easy, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The swimming pool was wonderful and very refreshing!

SerbiaWe came in November with 2 small kids, and were unable to heat up the bedroom since the ac remote was at the reception and eventhought they came twice to increase the temperature, ac in the living room was set to sleep mode and couldn't reach the bedroom.
Very friendly staff, room amazing, we came with the dog and really enjoyed our stay.

BulgariaThe shower is in the most ridiculous place, very low, and doesn't have a holder during the use. Bath is very high from the floor, going out after use is really dangerous. There is no handle to catch and go out and the bath bottom is very slippery. Also they charge an extra 9 euro for a car park, which is in the house yard, very narrow,no space for many cars, but they pushed so many cars in. You can get in, but no chance for maneuvering, had to get out on the next day by reversing and nearly broke my side mirrors. The gate is really narrow.
