The thing that I DIDN'T like was the fact that ALL drinks were extra during dinners, even water. And they STRICTLY PROHIBIT to bring your own water... That was a bit unfair, I think, especially since there was NO warning about that when I booked the hotel. Moreover, the personnel said that it is a recent change - brought "down" to them from the main office in Budapest and there was nothing they could do about it. Was kid of a "bitter pill" after overall a positive impression about the hotel. And I probably wouldn't mind paying for water, if it wasn't so overpriced (7-10 times more expensive than in a grocery store) 😥

This is a great hotel especially because food is included in the price (breakfast and dinner). Since it is buffet and there's A LOT of different food, you are basically all set for the day. The quality of rooms and cleaning was great! 👍 Definitely recommend!!

Breakfast was very poor. The breakfast is till 10,00, but some meals and bakery were finished at 9,00. The dinner - there were lots of food but it was absolutely tasteless.

In the hotel sauna, they are strictly requesting wearing swimming suits which is not comfortable and proper.

The staff is very nice. The hotel is in the city centre, close to the lake. At the check out I forgot to take the deposit in cash I paid for the garage key and they kindly transferred it afterwards to my account.

Heating in the room only by air conditioning. We had a problem with the control - there were no instructions for it, the air conditioning would not switch on. Fortunately, this was resolved after a complaint at the reception. We arrived early at 12:15, the receptionist gave us a parking card and said that the room would be available from 13:00, which was in 45 minutes. We told her didn't matter, we were going to the lake to swim anyway we would pick up the room card later. The receptionist saw us leaving with swimming rings. After I returned the temporary parking card to the reception to stop in front of the hotel. We went to the spa, bought a passes for 10 hours. We returned to the hotel and surprisingly we received 4 vouchers for 3 hours of entry with the room card😳. Although vouchers were included in the price on the invoice, we could not (didn't have time) use vouchers because we had passes. WHY COULDN'T THE RECEPTIONIST GIVE US VOUCHERS AFTER CHECK-IN WITH THE PARKING CARD ?! I don't understand, check-in went through normally. We were registered but there wasn't room and room card yet. We found out from the invoice that the entrance fee (the vouchers) was included in the price. Sorry for my English

One minor inconvenience for me was that I could not cast content from my phone to the TV in the room wirelessly (although I think they could have helped me if I asked). Also, you should be patient when using the elevators at peak hours (dinner time), which I guess makes sense in a tall building.

The hotel has I think the most perfect location one can imagine in Hévíz, with an exit to Gr. Festetics György tér (where you can drink mineral water and from which the Hévíz lake is within 2-3 mins walking distance); there's a small COOP grocery shop on the other side of the road, small local restaurants and boutiques nearby. We were travelling with my mother and had the most relaxing and wonderful vacation. Our room had elegant and minimalist design, all the necessary facilities, and a breathtaking view from the 12th floor. The beds are comfortable and I liked that they put small extra cushions to hug at night. The shower is directly on the floor which is convenient for older people. The food selection was amazing, both at breakfast and at dinner, leaving you happy both with the variety and the taste. I also liked that they always had someone to sing live after dinner and some guests went dancing in the hall. The personnel was very nice and helpful, and they speak good German & English. This is definitely the hotel I want to stay at when I come to the lake next time.

This has become my favourite hotel in Hévíz and I've already booked my next stays with them. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a lovely terrace and nice views. The staff is always friendly and kind and very helpful - at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar, too. There is live music every evening, so you can have a small party. However, the rooms are quiet, so you can relax even if there's music in the lobby. All the saunas are included in the price. The breakfast and dinner is always tasty with many, many, MANY options to choose from. The thermal lake is very close and you can even get some discounted tickets at the reception. One of the best accommodations in Hévíz, 100% recommend it.

Very clean rooms, toilets, near lake Heviz. Tickets for swimming in lake included for free in accomodation. Good food in hotel restaurant, good coctails in a hotel bar. Peaceful city.
