The SPA and family wellness was not exactly as expected, and need a renovation. The water temperature was a little bit cold for our family, warmer in the morning at the family wellness pools and colder in the afternoon. At the slides area water and temperature are really cold. Overall, good experience, hotel and facilities great, spa and wellness could be better.

The paid parking. Small room for 3 people (2 adults + kid) when the couch is used as bed for the third person.

Nothing, maybe the breakfast shouldn't be removed before 10am. We stayed for one night, and couldn't manage morning spa, breakfast, check-out, and everythung before 10am. Leave us time to do it like champs. Your hotel have that space. It's a good hotel. Checkout is too early, breakfast can be prolonged.

The fact that anyone can pay and use the pools, not just hotel guests. So it gets EXTREMELY crowded, which really doesn’t feel nice. You pay a lot of money to stay at the hotel and oustiders shouldn’t be allowed inside.

Room smaller than it looks on photos, but very nice. Food is amazing, great facilities for kids and adults. Aquapolis is amazing.

I didnt like that I couldnt take launch at restaurant and the aquapark was open only from 14:00 oclock.

The rooms were uncomfortably hot (28-30°C) and a/c is turned off for winter. We obviously turned off the heat, but even with it off, we had to sleep with our balcony doors open. Also, the sofa bed is a twin size mattress. It was far too small for a 6 and 9 year old to share, despite it claiming that it was a family room for 4.

We love this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff is friendly and kind. The food (half-board) is one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. The spa is great.

I have no particular negative observations. Everything was fine.

The type of offer as well as the willingness to adapt to the guests' wishes as much as possible and in accordance with the hotel's policy. The possibility of using the swimming pool and other accompanying facilities. A warm connection between the hotel and the swimming pool. Varied and substantial meals.

Reception. Poor knowledge of the English language, especially in the case of most of the young ladies who work there, it is so pronounced because they use few phrases to show some decency, so they sound rude. Another thing is that they cannot help guests with things related to life and movement in Szeged. I asked one of them to help me with city transport, I wanted to buy bus tickets, she said she had no idea about it because she didn't need it. That's not a very good attitude, but hey, she's pretty and young, maybe that was enough for her workplace. The only one who stands out from the reception staff is the only young man, who is very polite and tries his best to be helpful, and last... poor marking of the corridor to the healing water pools. When you go down that road, you only see bar and cafe signs and nothing about swimming pools and slides, as if the hotel is not interested in you entering the aquapark.

Neatness, cleanliness, comfort of rooms, kitchen, choice of food, quality of prepared food, various beautiful and original dishes, quality and freshness of food. Polite and diligent staff who clean the rooms.
