The communication with the receptionist was a bit rigid.

The hotel proved to be a very nice surprise in all aspects. But then again is a 4-star accommodation, which you pay for. Access to the spa is ideal, parking the car perfect, breakfast for all tastes and diets, room amazing. Such a pity we stayed only one night.

This isn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, it has exceeded our expectations. Everything here is impeccably clean, tastefully arranged, and truly beautiful. The spa, though small, is wonderfully cozy, offering the delightful experience of thermal baths. Yet, the true highlight of this hotel is the exquisite dinners, perfectly complemented by local wine—a culinary experience that deserves the highest praise. I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in dinner here; it’s an experience not to be missed.

Very pleasant adult-only hotel in nice quite location with nice surrounding area. Optimum size of the hotel made stay very relaxing. Food&service in restaurant was really good. Had a really exceptional massage as well.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We were provided with free still, sparkling water as well as with a nice bottle of white wine. The spa part of the hotel has a nice jacuzzi and sauna. The access to the thermal spa is very easy and convenient. Breakfast was absoluetly deliscious and locally sourced. The food in the reastaurant was magnificent and high quality. All member of stuff we met were very friendly and helpful.

In-hotel wellness closes as early as 7pm. Small inconvenience, no Netflix or any other application on TV.

Great dinner, near fine dining experience. Kind personnel, clean and modern design. Easy parking, close connection to the nearby thermal spa. A nice bottle of wine is included in the room. Good and fresh breakfast. Highly recommended.

Food: as luxury hotel as this one try to be, breakfast are very poor and dinner is alla card, but contains very small offer of vegetarian meals and just one vegan.

ad breakfast: there could be more fruits (e.g. fruit bowl, or a better variety) also pancakes would be great. for the high price of the hotel there could be a bit better quality & variety in e.g. cheeses and fruits also the staff could be a bit more polite, since the price is super high and the hotel is fancy looking and modern, i found them a bit arrogant, they could be more "welcoming", but i saw this often in Hungary, that the "guest-friendliness" could be better. the big pool (which i came for) is in another house, a neighbour thermal bath and not part of the hotel. you can go there from the hotel for free, but the water quality and hygiene is not good, so i didn´t want to go in. so i found it all together overpriced.

the rooms are very spacious, in modern style, huge terace and beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good. the park view is also really enjoyable. one of the more stylish hotels in this area. because it´s quite pricy, the wellness area is quite empty, or never too full, wich makes it very relaxing.

I think Problems with Chairs (enorm noise wohle day) will be solved immediately as discussed with Staff. I recommend to install a House Hold List. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of an own outdoor pool - you have to use the nearby public, crowdy thermal pool. This is not explicit mentioned in the description "seasonal outdoor pool"!?

The dinner wasn’t too good (it was too salty and the meals could have been more traditional or simplier)and this “a la carte” system is not the best. There could have been one more swimming pool/thermal pool which could have been used only by the hotel guests.

Rooms would be much better if just a bit bigger--a meter each way would do. Bring a towel to the water resort--they aren't supplied, but are abundant in the in-building spa and sauna. Parking is abundant and behind a gate but outside--there;s no garage.

It's not often you get to stay in a one-month old hotel, but this one is brand new (late September-early October 2022). It is hidden away on a side street in a small forgettable village, which keeps it quiet at night. It's all new and absolutely spotless, and includes a nice spa and wonderful sauna and two hot tubs on the ground floor, and access across a lawn to a 7-pool swimming and hot spring water resort (which is not new and is shared with an adjacent camp ground). Rates include dinner, and the wine list is quite reasonable and includes some wines made in the same and in the next village. Both dinner and buffet breakfast were good if not quite gourmet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, all bilingual in Hungarian and German. (Don't know about English because I speak both Hungarian and German, never tried English).

The shower in the wellness is a bit too transparent, maybe at least the window leading outside could be covered, because this was people walking outside can see you, but that is a small detail.

It was truly amazing there. The staff is very nice, the food was incredibly good, the room is nicely decorated with comfortable bed and even a kettle for tea. We also appreciated the heavy curtains that block the sunlight completely. The bathroom is beautiful with a huge shower and floor heating so it is always warm. The sauna was also amazing and very conveniently located in the hotel itself. The best part was being able to walk to the spa and wellness just in your bathing robe.

Will be a good advantage to have a slippers and shoehorn in the room

it is really nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and cozy, there is much space for your needs, the furniture is modern. I really appreciate that there were some bottles of water and a bottle of wine inside of mini bar :) We enjoyed our dinner included 4 meals ! it was amazing. Spa is a bit small, but well furnished. everything is clean and modern. To sum it all, we like our stay very much :)

The hotel room was connected by a door to another room. There were unknown guests in the other room. The door was not locked and there was a lot of noise.
