Everything was great. Big, clean room. Breakfast and dinner are excelent. Entry to the pool is included in the price. Children's playground right in the hotel and most importantly, helpful and nice staff. Thank you for your help.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just across the road to the aquapark and short walk distance to town centre. Breakfast and dinner options are very good, I appreciated the fresh made options from the "grill". Rooms are very spacious and clean. Amazing play area for all age groups.

The aquasziget bath across the hotel was too crowded for me but my daughter really liked it.

Everything, the hotel is beautiful, the food is great, the room is very clean and has beautiful view. The place also has a lot of consideration for little kids with food, a huge play area and all the facilities.

The food could have been better. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. More often thatn not it looked better than it tasted. The range was ok, sufficient. Very chilly restaurant. The AC was amped up and all the kids were freezing. The foldable couch which our kids slept on could use changing. It looked pretty but it wasn't of the best quality. It was kind of frail and it squeeked like crazy. These are minor things though. Overall would recommend 100% and would stay there again.

The hotel has great location. It looks splendid inside. Our family room was very roomy and comfy. The recreation hall is exceptional! Everything parents could want for their kids and themselves. The access to the aquacenter across the road is super easy and we loved that it is a part of the package.

Food -evening dinner was not tasty , night after night. Chiken was dry and not tasty. Meat ,in general, waspoor and not tasty.we were4 adaults and we all thought so. Breakfast was very good

The beds are my only concerns, I would prefer 3 full beds, as the one for child was traveler bed and was not so comfy, as well, as the regular ones. Regular one has very bad mattress (too softy) and it is something that would require the change. Many people, including me have these days issues with their back and so the mattresses should be harder.

I really like the location, stuff attitude and food. It was really close to the city center and most importantly to Aquapark. Room was very nice, large and comfy, I specifically liked the bathrooms .

Very nice big room, clean and new. We enjoyed the kids entertainment playroom on -1 floor. There is aquapark just across the street with warm water and kids pool with slide. For big kids there is also toboggan. Food was delicious. We really liked this hotel and we will definitely come back soon.
