the check in process is very complicated with a person not speaking english. i suggest to implement online check in, as it's quicker and easier, also for the person at the reception and the tourists

Everything perfect!

Location is almost in the old town, 2 minutes, very close to restaurants/supermarkets, very silent place, with a private parking at 5 minute on walk away. The staff is very nice , willing to help with info and recommendations, very sociable. They have an underground crama with wine made by the family and each guest is invited to see it and try wines, very nice. The apartment was very clean, big and perfect. Equipped with all necessary, new and nice decorated. The sofa was already prepared for the kids. On the first flor there is a kitchen with tables to stay, tea or coffee for free. Everything is clean and organized, very nice.

The host welcomed us with wine degustation and showed us around the property. Wonderful person with great attitude. The place is professionally designed, extremely clean and tidy! One of the best places we’ve ever visited.

Score ten three times if possible. For the cleanliness, for the location and last but not least for the host. Our car broke down between Christmas and New Year's, when it was almost impossible to find an available car service. Mr. Csaba called all his friends to help us. Thanks to him, our car was repaired and we were able to continue our vacation.

If I had to really nitpick I would say the aircon unit was loud.

The facilities were amazing. Absolutely perfect. Room was big, kitchen was useful, shower was great. Location is right in the heart of old town. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect. Even though parking is to be used by 8pm, they gave us free parking in their underground facility, which is like 300/400m away. In the morning they have complementary tea/coffee. The room had everything we need. 10/10.
