Rather quiet and dark in the reception area that when I was there gave a little impression of it beeing ‘abandoned’.

Good location. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Street side parking was was available in the neighborhood, but may be limited at more busy times. - Good place in the hotel parking for 5.000HUF/night

Just a small recommendation to the hotel - equipment for dish washing would be appreciated. When using just few pieces of utensils the diswasher is great but not necessary. A sponge and dish cloth would do the job. On the other hand, when using a dishwasher, more tableware would be better (we had here only 2 pcs of each tableware). Also, please, just a normal knife would be great.

Very nice, spacious apartment in this hotel which is in the very centre within a 2 min walking distance to the main square. The apartment was well equipped, very comfortable with absolute privacy and quiet night (no noise from anywhere). I would recommend it!

Wi-Fi had no signal in room C7. Once the signal appeared, there was no bandwidth! The router is inside of the room, but it probably supports some other networks. Bedroom has no mosquito nets. Even with nice weather outside, sleeping has to be with the windows closed

There was a group of guests who generally did not respect the other hotel guests, making a lot of noise in the wellness area and also creating a tremendous disturbance in the morning by speaking loudly and waking me up unnecessarily. I believe that this should be addressed by the hotel staff, in order to respect the privacy of other guests.

Daily room cleaning service is not included, but you have to ask for it and to put a sign on the door knob. Even though we asked for room tidying twice, we only got a coarsest of cleaning service once and we didn't get fresh towels at that time. Room lacks closet space, so we haven't had enough space to hang our clothes. Since the weather was very warm during our stay, the room temperature was a bit high, but the AC was not working - we were told at the reception that the AC system wasn't active yet at the time of our stay.

Breakfast was a usual continental breakfast, nothing special, but absolutely OK. Room was spacious enough, a type of a studio, with a kitchen and appliances, which was good for us. The bed was very comfortable for the two of us with a good, firm mattress. WiFi was working well during our stay, throughout the hotel. We liked the central downtown position of the hotel, and the fact that it had it's own (paid separately) parking.

Last time I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom that was not resolved even after intervention at the reception.

I didn t have 24hours a day hot water at shower Wc s light wasn t working No elevator! Some rooms are on 2nd floor. Of course the staff offers to help, but , for sure , i couldn t permit a young slim girl carry my 18kg suitcase. So i dit it myself!

Small annoying details: - check in requires personal data that is usually not asked at hotels, i.e.: mother’s name, birthday and birth location.. - you get a magnet card and a physical key, yet you cannot enter the hotel building unless someone from the reception personally comes and opens the door - they ask you not to adjust any settings on the AC, not even temperature. Only on/off allowed - they don’t provide shoes for the wellness area, you can buy them for 900 huf - the taps are connected vice-versa, the blue is warm, the red is cold

I had a D1 apartment, where there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was not possible to ventilate, there was a device near the window that emitted heat and made a terrible noise. We barely managed to sleep
