Small wellness area, two small elevators often full, we would have appreciated a staircase, noisy hotel equipment - probably the fan in the hotel's electrical substation, I couldn't sleep. Uncomfortable pillows

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, varied food, large selection. Billiards, darts, table football, interactive tables. Hotel next to the forest for walks, dog friendly. Stay fulfilled our purpose of relaxation.

Nice, comfortable and cosy room with A/C and balcony. Rich tasty breakfast and dinner. Swimming pools. Good parking, always found a free slot. Sopron is a beautiful city. Recommended.

carpets are not hoovered properly, corners in the room also not cleaned well, I would say just ignored... please discuss with housekeeping manager, the rest of our stay was really perfect

Everything was good but maybe a Telefon in the Room is Not Bad to have in case of emergency you can call the reception urgently.

Everything was absolutely perfect, I had an amazing week-end. The employees were super nice, the room was very comfy, I enjoyed the sauna and the pools, the garden is cute and has very nice chairs to relax and read a book. The breakfast buffet was really good and the dinner even better. I absolutely recommand this place for a chill time. It was also super quiet even though there were many other guests. Perfect!!!

We were a bit disappointed about the lack of vegeterian dishes during dinner time. Of course there were veggies, but there were no vegeterian protein sources to secure healthy diet for all guests. Chefs should consider at least one veggie protein per evening - tofu, lentils, chilli (without meat), tempeh etc

Rooms and common spaces look excellent! Breakfast was really good. Spa was also great although saunas were not working during our first two days.

Too many people during meals : breakfast or dinner - very noisy and not really restful time as we were eating. There is a beautiful terrace & park where you can eat but then mosquitoes decided to come out ;( you are surrounded by people all the time. The same at the pool area... If you don't mind to be with people all the time this is your place. We were looking for a relaxing week-end ;(

There were small hairs on the sheets. Even though we told them, they were forgotten and not changed. Also, the pool was not completely clean. There was dirt on the edges of the pool. The large pillow was too high and uncomfortable. We had to sleep with a smaller size pillow.

It was very easy to get to the hotel. We were able to come from Vienna very easily by public transport. The hotel has a wonderful view and location right in the forest. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was new and nice. The balcony was large and overlooked the beautiful forest view. Also the food we got from the snack bar was very good. The buffet was also good but could have been better. I think the price-performance balance is very good. I would definitely like to come again.

Unfortunately all massage appointments were booked,so we haven’t had any,although we wanted.

Everything was perfect! It was very nice spa weekend, we can warmly recommend this place.

There is info that crib does not fit to the room and it is not available but if you call to hotel they manage it. Why to pay for parking? I prefer a little higher price for accomodation and have it for free (it is not public place). Really narrow space between lines for cars. Variety of food for dinner.

Nice location in the forest but on other side close to Sopron (walking distance to city centre) and Austria. Great swimming pool area with pool for kids. Clean playroom. Nice room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for drinks.

Spa should be open a little bit longer than to 8 pm.

The spa is beautiful. It was not very crowded there are 5 saunas and great pools. Food was delicious, a big variety of different kinds of breakfast and dinners. During the weekends live music. Its approx. 5 mins by car from Sopron and 50mins from Pandorf.

(o) Coffee for the breakfast was mediocre (o) All-in-All was mostly clean, but here and there one could see some dust on lamps and radiators; There were some spider-webs in the ceiling and the carper in the room was not vacuumed everyday. (o) The dining room is overfilled with dining tables, which makes it uncomfortable to reach the buffet when there are too many people in the dinning room. (-) Only 2 small elevators for the entire hotel is way not enough. (-) The stairways are somewhere at the end of the corridor ... far far away from our room and far from the elevator. (-) Elevators are quite aggressive - the 2nd person is usually hit by the doors if he/she is not quick enough to leave or to enter.

Breakfast food options are good but could be improved

Very nice hotel with lots of options to spend your time - we loved the activities that were offered, for example wine tasting (for free).

The only things that could be improved are including some drinks for dinner (if halfboard is included in the price). Also, I'm not entirely sure whether the water temperature in the pools corresponded to the one stated on the premises (it felt lower).

We liked everything - the hotel is very clean, professionally maintained, and you can see that everyone really cares - everything is done in a very thorough manner. We would be happy to come back.

Had some communication problems in English with staff at the spa reception and bar which resulted in wrongly booked massages and Mojito instead of coffee but it created funny memories so.

The dining area is something that the hotel needs to work on and improve ASAP: upon going down to have dinner at about 7pm, we encountered a room full of people as if this area were a canteen and not a 4-start hotel. The organization was terrible, as you had to find a free table and then waive to a waiter to come and serve you if you wanted to have a drink (the food served was in the form of a buffet). After waiting for about 10min, we managed to "catch" a waiter, asking him to bring a bottle of water to our table. Water should, in my opinion, be free in a 4-star hotel (whatever the size, half a liter would do), ready and waiting on the table, or it should be provided in a different way (for instance, brought to a table once it is occupied). The wellness area was full of kids that do not have an area of their own, so you cannot really relax there as much as you would like. We were lucky to be there for about an hour without being disturbed, but then a few families arrived and the peace was no more. A 4-star hotel needs to have a separate area for kids and families with kids, which I am sure many people would appreciate. Paying for a parking spot: absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for a parking spot in front of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is a few kms away from the city center in a very quiet part of Sopron. The facilities are fine, not as new as one may imagine, but still OK. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the check in process was very smooth. What we especially appreciated were the cocktails (Negroni, for instance, was excellent), the food (paella, among other things, was really good), and the surrounding area (which is very quiet and perfect for a short stroll).
