How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Coffee in the morning not drinkable (when will hotels start to offer decent coffee not coming from automatic machines?). Bathroom too small for 4 people even in deluxe rooms and no possibility to eat on an outside terrace.
The hotel is very family friendly, it was everywhere super clean (great job from the cleaning staff!), it has very nice pools and the food for dinner was great.

I think at least water for dinner could be free.
Everything is fine. Breakfasts and dinners are proposed variety of dishes. Also you can find some activities for your kids (playing room, swimming pools). Personal is very kind and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore. We also really enjoyed the hotel pools. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Everything was good
Clean modern hotel with good facilities in the center of Heviz. The rooms are large and well equipped and the shower works well. The staff are helpful and the food on offer in the dining room is tasty and of good quality.

I would suggest you in case of a refurbishment, change the bathroom door to be a sliding door, because it blocked sometimes the way.
The Roomli (play house) was excellent and my 2-year-old daughter loved it.

Only that stuff in the spa area should take better care of those people with very small children who brought them in hot pool, that was only for adult. All in all, guards in spa area must go outside of their room and watch what is going on, particularly children jumping in pool or going to saunas.
The stuff was awesome, very kind and attentive, especially the waiters and the receptionists, the young lady in Mandarin Bar was very kind and helpful, always smiling. Everything was great -the food, spa area, room, wifi...

There was no hot water for bathing in the room from 7pm to 9pm on Saturday. When I asked the room and the front desk service, they all said there was no problem, and it was not normal until after 9pm

I lived on the 5th floor and in 1 of 2 elevators button “5” didn’t work and there was no way of calling particular one.
Room was spacious and cosy, clean and everything worked properly. Hotel itself felt new, it was clean and nice looking. Outdoor thermal bath was very nice. Food was tasty. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Low level sport classes
Nice hotel spa, comfortable, clean, with the medical treatments and delicious kitchen. Staff is exceptional, everyone, but I would like to remark separately Andrea/ customers service manager, she is attentive and heartfelt

Working time of medical spa pools- there are a lot of different times in pools and sauna area, so sometimes its hard to understand when it works or not. We usually like coming to spa area at 20:00 in the evening, but medical spa pool was already closed. Except fridays and saturdays.
Breakfast and dinner was tasty, a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Good choice of meat and cheeses. And what is very important for me-very clean hotel.
