Everything was perfect from the start till the end. Nice comfortable bed ,there was plenty space in the room.Good WiFi and channels.The bathroom is spotless and tidy room as well.The couch was extra bonus in the room.The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Location is superb. Hard to be more central, everything is walking distance and for things that are not, the metro is about 200 meters away as well as teams and bus stops. Beds were very comfortable, room was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests. I was never left waiting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Budapest!

small breakfast/restaurant area. not enough tables for guests in the morning during the breakfast.. No parking. If you get offered to park in near by garage - Don't. Especially if you drive SUV - you will scratch your car cause garage space is not designed for bigger cars. Perhaps for mini-coopers or FIAT 500 only

The only thing that I didn’t liked was the fact that that the breakfast room was to small to acomodate all guests and there were mornings when we had to wait to find a free table.

The hotel looks really nice and the location is good since you are close to a lot of options for public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the room very clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in Budapest The EST Grand Savoy Hotel was a fantastic base for our time in Budapest. The location is spot on—close enough to easily reach all the sights and experiences you’d want as a tourist, yet far enough away from the main hustle to feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally large, which is such a luxury in a European city hotel, and the rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful—a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The reception team were easily the most helpful we’ve come across in our travels for a long time. A special mention goes to Monika, who set the tone for our entire stay. She spent time walking us through the area, giving tips and advice you simply don’t expect at check-in. That personal touch made our visit far more enjoyable and memorable. All in all, a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable combination of comfort, location, and service. Highly recommended!

The only part we were disappointed in was the breakfast. We were convinced by the receptionist to try the breakfast as she swore they had the most amazing hotel breakfast and that it was well worth the money. We had to pay about 40€ for both of us, and it was not worth it at all. The quality of the food was not good and it was extremely little to choose from. As someone who travels for a living I can safely say this is one of the most disappointing breakfasts I have ever had.

The room would have been more comfortable for a small family if it included a sofa bed or if the hotel had prepared an extra bed for our child. I did ask about an upgrade, but it was unfortunately too expensive for us, so we stayed in the original room. In my opinion, this type of room is better suited for couples or families with very young children (under 4 years old) and shouldn’t really be offered as an option for families with older children.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro station, which made it very easy to get around Budapest. Everything was very clean and the room had a good amount of space. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a really nice touch was that they prepared a breakfast box for us since we were checking out late at night. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!

This is a gorgeous hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Every detail is correct. The breakfast was incredible - everything you could imagine wanting - and more. The roof bar is amazing.

Excellent location, right next to the metro and easy to get around. Nice cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Lovely clean and comfortable room with a great shower. Delicious breakfasts. Loved the roof top bar. Overall a great stay, would return.

The superior room was lovely and airy. Bed very comfy. Lovely wooden floor. High quality furniture in the bedroom. Bathroom was a little dated compared to the bedroom but still fine. Staff were very nice when checking in. In a good central location. I thought the room was extremely good value.

If you are visiting with little kids keep in mind there is plenty of glass furniture in the rooms so you will need to keep an eye on them.

Very conveniently located to visit Budapest in all directions while also did not feel trapped in a touristy corner. The facilities were clean and well furnished, with a nice blend of modern and classical. Staff was quick, nice and on point in all our requests. It has nice city sky bar on top with an awesome view and well surted selection of drinks.
