The smell wasn't so good, especially from the bathroom, the room is ok, not so beautiful place, but it was cheap. Sometimes there was a problem with the internet.

I reserved a driver to carry us from airport to hostel and viceversa for an additional 29€ per travel. I waited more than 30min than I need to call a taxi to reach the hostel (no additional costs have been covered, even if the reservation was done). The wifi present in the accomodation but there were 3 different passwords at disposal, none of them working. The room was a bit scruffy (humididy and insects on the floor)

The interior of the room was ran down, seems there was no renovation since the photos were taken about 10 years ago. I stayed at this place about 8 years ago and the quality definitely went down. There were splash marks on the walls, the courtain rods were falling apart, the wall next to the bed was covered by some weird transparent plastic, the shower pan was leaking, the washbasin got clogged, and the bathroom fan made a very annoying noise. The room was generally clean, but out of sight places were dirty, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Great central location, cheap. When the washbasin got clogged, I left a note and it got fixed during the next cleaning.

They don’t tell you you have to walk to a different address to check in. We only found this out once we had walked to the provided address then had to walk to another “guesthouse” with a different name. The buildings “smoking” area was also right outside the rooms only window so smelt quite bad.

Make check in before you go. I was locked outside making a whole check in process what included downloading app, uploading documents and waiting for an answer. There was a terrible cigarrete smell. Its ground floor and people smoke and leave it at your window.

It was dirty it smelled horrible the area was also extremely unsafe it was false advertising the place does not look like the photos it was very dusty the paint was falling off the walls there was also an extremely unsafe area with a lot of drug users and prostitutes. Nothing about this place is good RUN AWAY I didn't stay there I ran away there are no staff to greet you no air-conditioning as advertised it is just horrible.

Room was absolutely not as on the picture. Wals, chairs, lamp were dirty. Very dirty! See pictures. However, in booking pictures they write "colorful interior design" and give nice pictures, in reality it is not like this. No proper instructions,maps on how to actually find the locker and door ( so I was searching the dark yard to find). Impossible to guess that they send you locker code to email. Guesthouse adress in their app is misleading. Communication with host was poor - they are not helpful, in chat they dont answer questions, via phone they are not happy to hear you.

Very good location near train station and very good heating. Entrance to the apartment via key in the locker so you can get in any time in the night

The room was very dirty, it wasn’t even vacuumed properly, the towels didn’t smell clean, the slatted base of the bed was broken. Thirty minutes before I needed to check out, a lady knocked on my to ask at what time I was gonna check out. To which I replied ‘in 30 mins, when I need to’. And 15 mins after that she knocked on my door again to ask when I was gonna check out. This was very annoying, because I was getting dressed. She stayed behind the door until I checked out. I felt very rushed.

I couldn’t find the room and contacted the give phone number via whatsapp. A woman called me and she was very kind.

I've been to many places in different countries but this is the worst accommodation I've ever been in. Highly NOT recommend because: - Photos of the rooms don't mach the reality. - Bed is very uncomfortable even beyond that word. I don't know how can be possible in this century to have a mattress with springs without any soft pad on it. Never thought it's so hard to buy cheap and normal mattress. Bed sheets aren't comfy and are very thin. Hopefully there weren't bed bugs. - I don't get it what tactic is it to turn off the heating overnight when it's -4 °C outside. Thanks to that the room was very cold and we "slept" with every clothes and jackets on. Like a bloody homeless ppl. Even sleeping in train is more comfortable. - Bathroom is nice compared to the rest of the room though sink drain is almost completely clogged. - There is dust everywhere, spider webs and about 7 spiders. So, in short term, don't buy it not even for one night stand. It's not wort the money.

Listen, this place was really cheap. We didn't expect much. Give us a bed and a bathroom and we'll be fine. I had read the reviews and expected the bare minimum. We came into the room and it seemed alright at first. The walls were white, the windows clean, the bed made and cle- actually. There's that one, two, three, few stains on the mattress. Do I want to know what they are? Better put a towel under me when I sleep. Sleep! The bed was a wire skeleton that, if you positioned yourself correctly, perfectly interlaced with you ripcage. If not, it became an unconsensually applied nailbed. Then the cobwebs and accompanying spiders, which at least stayed put. The floor was crumb-y. We preferred to wear socks inside or walk on tiptoes at all times. The bathroom at second glance lacked some basic factors, like being free of mold on the tiles. Oh, and cockroaches. The toilet smelled funny. The whole place smelled funny. We saw no one in the kitchen during our whole stay, because most probably no one wanted to spend more time than absolutely necessary in that hellhole. I had this weird feeling wash over me every time I entered our room, which I later recognized it as disgust. I am very relieved to be out of here now. Listen. HOW THE HELL DO YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO ENTERTAIN GUESTS IN THE CUTEST BUILDING IMAGINABLE AND MAKE THE EXPERIENCE THIS ABOMINABLE?! Do you give that little of a damn about the guests? Can this place get shut down by a hygiene institution? Can I get licensed to become a hygiene institution and shut this place down??
