I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. Its location near Gyulai Várfürdő was super convenient. Clean hotel, big rooms, nice spa area ,very good food(dinner and breakfast), fast check in and check out, nice personal, quiet at night.

Everything is just like the pictures, we were surprised that even though the spa area is not very big, it has everything you need to relax for a couple of hours and it was much better than larger ones we've been to (the jacuzzi really works and gives you a good massage, not just bubbles, the saunas were very hot and properly cleaned, there is free water and towels available as well). The room was huge, too bad we only spent a night here. Dinner and breakfast were also great, the options were super tasty and we did not miss anything. We highly recommend this hotel even if it is a bit more expensive than others.

The furniture needs some upgrade, the room was a little bit old, beds and pillows not that comfortable. The indoor spa needs some upgrade too.

The garden and the outdoor pool are wonderful, very relaxing, we spend the whole day here, just reading and seat on the sunbeds. If you're looking for this kind of thing, is the right place. The location is the best in Gyula, you can't find a better view of the castle. Bathroom is large, modern with a good size of the shower cabine.

Everything was outstanding, we had a great stay and have nothing but good words to say about the hotel, the pool, the personnel, the food. I was with my wife and our 1 year old son and the little one had a fantastic experience (he slept great, he loved the pool, we had enough food choices for him). We had a great and relaxing time here, for sure we will visit again. The location is great, everything is close to it.

At dinner drinks are not available for free and I wish they were, at least water and coffee.

Exceptionally clean and rather quiet. The staff is polite and very helpful, most of them are young and speak fluent English. The hotel is warm enough, bathrooms a bit warmer than rooms. You can choose from a variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. All the cooked food is warm and delicious. Three kinds of juice are available at breakfast, together with cold and warm milk, tea, water and a wide range of coffee. Both breakfast and dinner include several desserts.

Poor breakfast, met better even at 3* hotels. The room was for persons who use wheelchair, kicked my feet several times in the bars from the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short, didn’t closed the shower place, everywhere was water. Can’t imagine how a person in wheelchair can close that curtain, it’s too high, and it didn’t roll.

Can't acces the pool in late evening and early morning. Early check-out (at 10). Sauna and jacuzzi are closing sooner than announced on running schedule. No drinks included at dinner.
