The smell

Excellent location Very spacious Smelly probably due to the fact that one of the bathrooms the shower was unusable and thus the drainage stank !!! Also one night in the large bedroom no sleep what so ever due to tapping noise in the walls throughout probably rats in the cavity wall 🙄

Wifi password did not work so we had time without internet. Small spoons were missing and it might have been better if there were more plates and tableware so we could use the dishwasher.

The appartmant is in the center, close to everywhere. Great place for 2 families with children, especially that there were sufficient separate sleeping rooms so adults could freely chat in the evening when kids went to sleep.

What we didn't like is that no coffee capsules or tea bags. The blankets are short for adults. Doors are not properly fixed. The elevator gets stuck some times.

The location is perfect ... easy to check in and check out . The customer service is friendly and polite. The apartment is clean and towels are available. We will sure be back .

Shower was good but had to hold as couldnt put in it's stand without it flooding the bathroom! Other than that- no complaints!

We arrived really late (1am) and managed to find access due to the really detailed instructions and communication we had from the host. The location is amazing for local bars and nightlife but obviously then means that you do hear this if in the apartment over the weekend. The apartment itself was spacious- double bed room, lounge area with another double bed, a sofa and 2 twin beds. Loads of room for 2 of us! A lovely balcony too sit out on. Very clean!

Few little niggles to make it perfect would be: Fix the A/C in the ensuite bedroom as it keeps dripping. Make sure all doors can close properly, majority don't close properly especially the one closest to the bathrooms. Don't want to be using them and disturbing in the night etc etc. Basic bits provided would have been a nice touch. Coffee pods etc, bottles of water. Just the small things. More towels, could've requested more on request however we managed. Update terms and condition of checkout. States 10 on booking and messages however 11 in the accommodation. Beds were creaky and could do with replacement as every movement was loud particularly the one closest to the main door. Overall happy with the accommodation.

The only let down was the showers, pressure was bad, the shower heads were both very bad pressure wise but looked gorgeous and the hot water didn’t last to even have a quick was for one person so not sufficient boiler size for an apartment that hosts 6/7 people.

GREAT location, very very spacious loved the layout and the kitchen was so well stocked honestly such a great place!

We couldn't well lock the windows (locks are old and damaged) so the parties down on the street were well heard at night, the drain in bathroom was barely working and some of the furniture were old and broken.

I really enjoyed the location, it was close to all the attractions and well communicated. Also communication with the owners, was perfect, I received an answer to all my questions very quickly.

the sensitiveness of walls, the neighbor from downstairs was complaining on our steps and noise but we had late checkin/out and we’re just talking with no music or extra noise so do no recommend this place if you plan to move throughout apartment after 9 pm

First, we paid 25 euros per day for parking but on the third night somebody else parked in our spot and we had to take the car somewhere else. The owner said is nothing he can do as he does not have control over who parks there. Well, I should have been informed about this when he took my money. The internet never worked during our stay. The tap from the bathroom was leaking.

The residence is in the town centre, is very easy to reach by foot all the important atractions. Location is quiet and resonably clean. Overall a good stay but not sure I would return here.

Apartment was not very clean, the location was very central and loud as many bars stayed open late night - which is understandable. But apartment was dirty and amenities were quite old and unclean. Air conditioning was not working properly, we had to choose between leaving the windows open and having the loud noise from outside coming in or closing the windows to avoid the noise and stay in a very warm apartment without proper airflow. I regret not spending more money and staying in a better place, as the apartment we stayed didn’t look like the photos.

Hot Water didn't work first day Toilet seat was cracked and skin kept catching skin . Couldn't open the dishwasher Dirty old sponge at the sink No small bowls or spoons. Dirty cutlery and appliances. Very very noisy apartment. Air conditioning leaking in one bedroom. Staff waiting at the door before 10am to kick us out. Very rude Dirty old towels. Shower in one of the bathrooms did not work and Very old. Overall the whole apartment need a refurb. It was not comfortable to stay there at all however you get what you pay for i guess.

We had two apartments, one ok but the other one awful. The entire apartment was dirty and there was dust everywhere. The shower was not cleaned (it had mould in the corners and the floor was disgusting), there was no water pressure or hot water, the toilet wouldn’t flush, no heating in the room.
