The only bad thing is the location but the public transportation is very close 3 min walk. I prefered electric scooter and it was 15min to the center. Also there were a lot of noise at night but im a deep sleeper so it wasnt a problem for me

the staff were extremely nice, and they always had a smile on their face. they let me check out at 12 free of charge even if the check out time was 11. I used the luggage room on my last day and it was trustable.

We arrived on a Sunday and there were not enough staff. The bathroom ventilator was broken and was making a terrible noise. The receptionist did also the technician's job and then mopped our bathroom but didn't clean the dirt that had fallen due to the moving of a ladder to our room, because he had to go back to the reception because this was his normal job and maybe other customers would need his assistance. However, the problem was solved the next day when the room cleaning service came, so everything was finally fine.

Hotel is a bit out of the centre but with perfect connection with all public transportation except metro 3 different stations in 2' walking distance Breakfast fair and fresh with small changes daily The reception staff very helpful and friendly especially Monica They did their best to help in any occasion I love staying there Make my holidays easy and comfy

I returned to Diana after a decade. It's nice to see that the standard and quality are still maintained at a high level. Very clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfasts. The location is also great because there is a tram and bus nearby. I will definitely come back and stay at the Hotel again.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. My friend was excited about the breakfast, but then she couldn't eat anything as a vegetarian. The options were bread, meat, and cheese. So we were a bit disappointed at the breakfast options. Other than that, the stay was great.

I was impressed by the hotel. The room was amazing, and my friends and I were able to have our own beds. They were really comfortable too. The room was cleaned every day, which was nice.
