Since I booked for 3 persons, i was expecting that the third bed was prepared already or at least i didn't have to look for the bed covers and the pillow. I didn't appreciate the moquette..

I like the location, it being accessible to many tourist spots and the market. The appartment Is spacious.

Apartment needs better cleaning, no cofee machine as in description, ancient TV near bed with no remote and not showing anything. Beaware ownner may enter the apartment while guests away.

It was quite cold in there, the batteries were not able to warm it up, especially taking into account the fact that the door was letting in cold wind from outside. We wanted to use AC for warm-up, but it's not functional

The internet was very slow and the building is rather old. Other than that everything is fine.

Although I filled in the form of check -in, I did not receive all info about how to collect the key . I called the owner and seemed to be annoyed that I call to ask direction for accessing the apartment. Although after call he send me the full information and the pass codes of all entrances, I felt his attitude not friendly. Also the access to apartment is through a inside court dirty , old and creepy. I post some pictures.

The only downside is that it’s a bit of a convoluted process to navigate thru the building to the apartment. (Not handicap accessible) but the host sent a great pdf explaining how to access the apartment and I had no trouble.

The apartment is wonderful and spacious. Everything was super clean and the best location in Budapest.

The owner of the apartment did not seem to be the most polite person. The voice showed dissatisfaction that we did not immediately understand his description of how to get to the apartment inside the building. And you will have to walk around inside the building. He probably mentioned 10 times that we must definitely leave at 10:00 am. There was a feeling of guilt that we even decided to rent an apartment from him. But overall, the place is certainly worth a stay; it’s definitely worth the money.

Excellent location, almost the center of the center. Right at the exit there are a bunch of cafes and shops. At the same time, the windows of the apartment face a quieter side. There are huge stained glass windows, but there are blinds so you can sleep peacefully. The staircase to the second floor is apparently made of wood, eh, it creaks a little. The doors also squeak, so if there are several people and one person is sleeping, you need to walk carefully.

Bugs in the room or bedsheet that bite us and make us feel ichy. Aircond is not cold at All, only fan function. Very difficult to carry big luggages due to many stairs.

-The facade of the entrance has changed, it looked different from the picture in their Welcome Guide. I only found it because of the signs for thai massage and dentist. -The labyrinth to the room was quite off putting when I arrived alone at night. The building is not great but the apartment itself makes up for it. -Very annoying sounds coming from the boiler in the bathroom day and night. Can still be heard closing the door.

-Location is unbeatable. Exactly where you want to be during your stay in Budapest. Minimarket next door. -Spacious, clean (very, thankfully) and modern apartment

It was really cold at the beginning and it took us time to know how the heating system works. There were no shower gels and towels are really old and thin.

We would have appreciated if the host / owner told us in advance that he was going to come to the apartment. It was uncomfortable arriving at the apartment after a day's walk to find him there. He told us to wait 10 minutes outside, as he was doing cleaning, but when we entered inside, nothing had been cleaned - no sheets changed, no garbage removed.

The apartment is very cosy and spacious for two or three people. It has all the required facilities to even cook yourself. When I was having trouble finding the apartment, the host had a video call and then it was very easy. The location is really the best.

No one even bother to show me where the apartment is , I was searching for it the whole day and wasted my one trip to Bidapest
