Room was not cleaned properly (balcony was very dirty because of huge amount of bugs around lake, but also big spiderwebs), bathroom was not cleaned very good - you could see that toilet was not cleaned, empty hotel shower gel bottles (there was no new ones). Biggest dissapointment was bathroom size - different than pictures. Sink iz probably 20cm in front of toilet so I could barely sit down, very uncomfortable.TV in room only has Hungarian channeles without english subtitles but thats not a big deal. Food at the hotel is good but also a bit expensive. Breakfast was not really great, vegetables and bread was a bit old, but it was okay (reviews said that breakfast is good so we expected more).

Good location, next to the lake, free parking by road (always had space). Staff is nice. Easy check in and check out process. Nice room (except too small toilet and dirty balcony) - lights behind bed, table, small fridge, tv, AC is good. Property in some way met expectations in some didnt.

Didn’t expect to pay this much for the smallest room i have ever seen in my life. About 2.5m/3m ..for 2 persons. Very few options for breakfast. Tv in the room but no remote because for some reason not all rooms have access to tv. Didn’t have towels in the room, have to ask for it. No shower gel, nothing. I don’t understand how it is a 4 stars hotel.

No green garden to play/relax, just the wooden stage. They charge you 8 eur/night if you park your car in the courtyard even if you are a guest in their pension.

However, there were a few things we didn't like. The room was very small and the beds were separated, although we were aware of this beforehand.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location on the river is beautiful and serene, providing a lovely backdrop for our trip. The hotel restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious food and wonderful service. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed with the room. The room we got didn't not look anything like the superior room shown on the photos in the ad. I understand there might be different types of superior rooms but they should be shown. Also the air conditioning in the room didn't work and we were not told about that. Only discovered that after a while when the room was as hot as when we arrived. There was over 30 degrees at the time of our stay and it was not possible to sleep without air conditioning. There was no offer of a fan or a different room, basically it was ignored. We were only one night guests so I suppose there was no intention to care about us.

The hotel is in the quiet area and it does have direct access to the lake what I loved.

I can use the iron only in the lobby which doesn’t make sense. The restaurant is a little bit over priced. I had to pay 3000ft for parking and when I came the night the gate was closed.

The interior building overall and the room was not clean, we’ve seen remains on the wc closet and the bathroom door was dirty which indicates big issues with cleaning.

Position was great, you have a great view on the lake, and you are right next to the bicycle track! Free parking outside.

I was felt a little bit hacked, when their home made palinka/spirit charged for the price of a premium quality palinka.

It has a direct connect to the Balaton with a large pier. The view is really nice from the terrace during breakfast or lunch. The room (on the ground floor) was large and clean. The location is deal if you are on a biketrip, it is close to the biking lane.

However, the room was meant to have 15 square meters, while it was really small. There were only two single beds and a small wardrobe with no space to move. Such a thing should not be in the same price category as a larger room.

The place is good to relax and swim in the lake and nice view to watch the sunset.

Even if we have booked a " superior family room" it was extremely small the bathroom as well. A playground for the children would be a good idea in the future.
