We were happy with our room. The breakfast in the restaurant next door was really really good! The Intersection next to the hotel makes a bit of noise but thats a small price to pay for what you get!

The responsiveness of the host. I was not sure how to adjust the AC and had a few more questions to which I never received an answer. Its great that check in process is smooth but more responsiveness would be appreciated.

Beautiful room in an old but renovated farm house in a quiet area of Buda. Still, close to reach Buda castle and the chain bridge on foot so really good location.

The cleanliness was generally good, except for some dust behind the bathtub. One thing that did stand out was white stains on the sofa—probably something that could be cleaned with a bit of effort. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it didn’t leave the best impression. It also took quite a while for the hot water to start running, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, just with a few small quirks. If the minor cleanliness issues were addressed and the kitchenette was slightly better equipped, it would be even better!

We really enjoyed my stay at Czakó Bed & Breakfast. It’s a bit further from the city center, but if you like walking, it’s not an issue. The area is residential, up on a hill with nice views and a park nearby, making it a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The room was comfortable and perfect for a couple, with a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a cozy sofa. However, the kitchen setup was a bit odd—there was a dishwasher but only one plate, no microwave, and no mugs or spoons (though there were two forks, two knives, two wine glasses, and two regular glasses). Maybe we could have asked for mugs, but we didn’t have the time in the end. It’s definitely not equipped for cooking anything beyond instant noodles!

Well-equipped room, although no coffee machine, just a kettle. Nice bathroom and good shower. But there was quite a distinct smell of cooking fat from the restaurant. Also, as it was unseasonably warm, so was the room. It seemed to be too early for the air con to work and leaving the window open wasn't great given the traffic noise. The restaurant, Oda, serves good breakfast choices and I had a nice lunch there. There is a bus stop right outside and across the road so it's easy to get over to Pes t.

All good. Helpful staff. Good location, close to the bus that'll take to to the city centre in 10 minutes or so. Great, comfy bed. There's a restaurant at the lower floor where you can get a really nice breakfast.

Check-in experience. We checked in online and let the staff know about an arrival time. Yet we had to message them on arrival and wait for instructions. They could have just sent us those beforehand. Additionally, the sink was partially blocked and was not draining correctly. Both things easy to fix for future guests. As for others, 10am check-out is was too early for us.

While the room appears larger in the photos, it was great for a night. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. The restaurant next door is wonderful. We would stay again.

- Breakfast starts only at 8, which is very late for early birds and for people on a business trip. (Nothing on this at booking.) On my first morning I could not have any breakfast at all due to my agenda, on the second morning I tried to grab something quickly but the first 2 items I asked from the menu card were not available. - It was very hot in the room. Outside 13 C, inside 26.5 C. (Heating set to 20.) - A small table in the room would be very useful to put at least a laptop on.

It wasn’t clean enough - there were hairs in the bathroom and dust here and there; not too critical but not super nice. Checking in was complicated, it would’ve been nice to receive a check-in guide upfront instead of having to call them upon arrival and follow the quite complicated instructions with hands full of luggage. The water pressure is super low in the shower.

Quite nice to have a restaurant close by. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The bed was comfortable. The room is stylish, nicely furnished. The area is safe. Wifi worked well.

I didn’t like that there was nobody to help you physically. To phone to get your key was impossible. many people were trying to phone, but at the end they opened the lockers and took a key to open the door.

It wasn't cleaned well (I found razers cap on the floor, hair, dirty windows, toilet etc). We were really disappointed because apart from that, it was a cute apartment. But cleaning is something you can't overlook....
