HungaryThe hotel room was very comfortable and it also included a balcony that we could sit outside on and enjoy the fresh air. The room was decorated very tastefully and we felt very happy while we stayed there. We enjoyed having dinner there in the restaurant, in the outdoor section, while my kids got to play in the grassy area while the adults enjoyed their meal.

CroatiaWe had a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, perfect English. There was a parking place on the street as well as in the backyard of the property. Room was absolutely perfect! Bed was very comfortable, there was a standing bath in the room, huuuge balcony :) Spa was nice, reasonable size (one swimming pool, one jacuzzi, one hot tub, and four saunas I think). There was a bar at the spa were you could order drinks or food. Dinner was perfect as well as breakfast.

I had the immense pleasure of visiting Crocus Gere Wine Hotel this autumn. As a solo traveller, I was a bit worried that I would be out of place, but that was quickly put to rest. The staff greeted me very kindly, the treatments I had at the SPA (and I had plenty!) were super relaxing and professionally conducted. The room was nice, and had a comfy bed. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food (shout out to paprika cream soup), and a wide range of wines from Gere Attila's winery. All in all, I had a lovely stay and it was worth every penny! My sincerest gratitude for the hospitality goes to the whole Crocus team!

We had a great room, but as I had booked the best suite, we expected it. We got exactly what we booked and had a great time at the hotel. The staff were more professional than expected.

Room is very nice, comfortable. Spa and wellness is great, Restaurant is very good, much better than it used to be. Breakfast has nice variety of choices, typical Hungarian, a few things are quite heavy though.

PolandDue to unexpected situation I wanted to cancel the reservation 2 days ahead. However, the front office manager didn't allow for free of charge cancelation. The view in room 109 was on the wall. I rather won't choose this hotel again.
Clean and calm hotel. It's very silent and if you want to take a rest then it is for you. The hotel has nice swimming pool and wide variety of food for breakfest or tasty wines.

United StatesWine selection was good. The massage was okay. I have had worse, but also better.
It was very uncomfortable in the rooms, as we were not able to control the air conditioning. We kept complaining and were told it would be adjusted, but it never was. This made sleeping very difficult and made it extremely uncomfortable.
