We did not feel really welcome as foreigners, it’s clear that the place is mostly for Hungarians. Only nice guy was male restaurant worker, the rest were always grumpy when spoked to in English/German.

Nice food, they clean daily and there is something to do for everybody. Tennis court is great especially in the morning! This is to be paid extra tho. Still for 15 euro for indoor tennis court it’s fair.

The dining room for dinner closes early, at 21:00. The food was mediocre. The stairs leading to the second level of the apartment were narrow and not convenient.

Very nice club to spend your vacation with children, there are many activities and a large green area for strolls. We got a family apartment, which had 2 levels and was nicely equipped and super clean. The two bedrooms were air-conditioned (but the living room wasn't).

Mustang Bar

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was a bit older but cozy and absolutely clean. The whole resort is beautiful and you quickly feel comfortable. The restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was good. The only downside here: at the Mustang Bar the service/manager was extremely unfriendly, without a smile, which unfortunately affected the whole team atmosphere – really unpleasant. At the pool, sunbeds were often reserved early and children kept jumping from the pool edge, which was a bit disturbing. It would also be helpful to have more information and signs in English, since many staff members only speak Hungarian. All in all, a nice stay with a few drawbacks – especially due to the Mustang Bar – but still recommendable.

Staff at the pool bar, the garden bar was closed in the evening, which was sad as evening was nice and hot. Only underground bar was open till late, that was sad as people wanted to be on fresh air.

Beautiful surroundings, green, quiet, clean. The reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies, very warm and friendly. 10 minutes walk from the hot lake and the town center.

Everything… really green beautiful gardens, very spacious comfortable rooms that were exceptionally clean. It’s perfectly located to walk to Heviz 10/10 or ride to the beaches. Lovely staff and they also had horses you could visit.

There were room details seemed old and dated. Shower head didn't work properly, squeaky chairs and rust on some things. They made us pay the turistic tax again even though it was payed via booking, it was 3-4 euros, not much still not a nice thing.

The breakfast was very diverse. The accommodation complex comes with a LOT of options to spend your time. The pools were nice and not crowded, we found a sunbed easily. We stayed only one night, so we didn't get to see much, but seemed like a nice place.

The food was expensive for the quality. It was nice food - but for the price it should have been a lot better. The room didn’t feel super clean - the cups in the bathroom had toothpaste in the bottom of it from a previous guest and the floor downstairs could do with a good scrub. In the bathroom we found long hair on the floor - we all have short hair so it wasn’t from us! But otherwise it was great.

Great accommodation- the little cottage / house was cute and there were so many activities available for the kids. We loved that there were so many dogs there. Always a wagging tail and a dog to pat which we loved!

The service was bad, they were unfriendly. The choice of food, especially for vegetarians, is small. Since the resort was fully booked, the buffet quickly ran out of food. The service could do with learning English, at least the basics.

The resort is beautiful, neat and clean. The location is good, they have enough parking spaces.

During the week there is no Self service at dinner. (Undestandable, since fhere od Los season) Would.be cheaper to buy dinner at the spot (comparing to half board which i paid). Wellness needs more saunas (now tbey have 2).

I arrived very late in the night and I didn't receive all indications in reception, how to arrived to accommodation place, because it is small campus and cars are outside accommodation area. Over the weekend, restaurant was serving only breakfast and it was no other option for lunches, than go out to shopping place and prepare something in the apartment. But most of the people are bringing all with them, probably not a real issue.

Great concept for location, based on zones for different activities, zones for kids, zone for animals. All quiet, surrounded by nature, excellent services for SPA. I took lymphatic drainage massage and it was so relaxing. My apartment was not fancy, but everything needed was inside, even prepared for cooking.

Some things need to be renovated, like shower racks, sunbeds near the pool, and mattresses for them. Breakfast could be more variable and have some cottage cheese, cream, pancakes, etc. Wi-fi could be better, as it didn't work not very well in the room. Also, payment of 17 EUR per night for a small dog (Yorkshire terrier) is a bit high

The Club is a great place to have a vacation not only with kids but also with your pet. The hotel has all facilities for this. Territory is very green, well organized, and well kept. A lot of places to walk or play with kids or dogs, swimming pool open until late. Warm jacuzzi is really great, especially if weather is not very well.

They claim to be eco-friendly and change only the towels we leave on the floor - but they change them daily. We had to leave the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door to "save" the towels :)

We liked the area. The embankment, nature, activities. the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The food was good. Proximity to Kesthely and Heviz was a bonus. Great place for dog owners!
