We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CroatiaWe were disappointed with the breakfast (served in the adjacent building). Poor variety of food (just eggs, sausages, salami, cheese), not enough orange juice, etc. All in all too ordinary continental breakfast without the possibility to choose a dish. And even more, the dinner is served in the same building but it closes at 21:00, so no late dinner was possible and we went sleep with empty stomachs.
The hotel staff is very helpful and caring. We visited wellness spa area as the only guests, but the employee in the wellness looked after us and when he saw we entered the sauna, he turned on the stove to maximum, and when he saw we entered the pool, he immediately turned on the water massage. He made us feel very relaxed. The room was good, clean and it was very quiet at night. The whole area around the hotel is very very pleasant and enjoyable.

Czech RepublicA bit too much paperwork at the check-in, but this is probably caused by local (Hungarian) regulations. Otherwise no complaints - we were really happy to stay at Hotel Club Tisza:)
Hotel clean, rooms comfortable, very nice spa area downstairs. Location in a vacation resort full of greenery. After enjoying the hotel wellness and having the dinner in a restaurant just next to the hotel (food was good and for very affordable price, nice sitting outside on a terrace), we took a beautiful walk around the resort in the late evening. We stayed just one night to cut a longer trip in halves and this was a real surprise to us and great relaxation on our way. Staying here several days or whole week would be a great choice.

United KingdomStaff isn’t the most helpful. When we enquired about the spa they directed us to the thermal spa that required entry tickets and they forgot to mention the hotel’s own spa. Because of this, we only discovered the hotel spa later and couldn’t enjoy it fully… Tisza restaurant has decent food but terrible operations. They kept running out of food at breakfast and were completely unprepared for full capacity at dinner so we were only able to order from one type of dish for the whole family.
Spa is great and was almost empty when we were there. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

AustriaBreakfast was limited, out of stock 40 minutes before closure, we were instructed to put our cutlery on trays and deposit these on metal trolleys, similar to food canteens from the 1970s.
Cleanliness of the room, cleaning staff and night-time receptionist were kind and helpful. We were told that we can not use the wellness facilities on the day of departure.
