It is great to know that you appreciated our wellness area as well. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Upon reviewing your reservation, we found that there was no prior indication that you would be bringing a pet with you. As we can only accommodate pets in rooms with parquet flooring, the option for an available balcony with parquet flooring was no longer available upon your arrival. Regarding the pet fee, you can find every information about pets and their fee on the Booking website. We hope to welcome you back soon.
