Bosnia and HerzegovinaThe room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is huge, there is a wide selection of food for breakfast and dinner, everything is fresh, hot and delicious. Maybe they should add food signs in English. The staff is friendly and helpful, they speak English very well. The pools and SPA can be used after check-out along with towels and bathrobes. Free parking. The Saturday evening music in the cafe/lobby was perfect.

SerbiaFist, wi fi signal in the room on first floor was quite poor, e.g for teams call or to watch something online you need to go to lobby Secondly, thermal spa is more similar to water park than to Hungarian spa style. Namely, there is no designated area or time slot ( early morning or late evening) where you can find tranquility and calmness. Everyone is everywhere, running splashing , loud talk . Exception is outdoor sauna but showers outside are out of service, so we used outdoor pools to cool down Second day we spent in Harkany , must see if you are fond of Hungarian spa culture All in all, in my humble opinion it is not 4 star, it is not 3 star, but still not 4 star Hotel 😉

HungaryReception staff is extremely unfriendly, feels like they hate their job. Restaurant staff is professional & kind & Food was good but if you went for dinner later pretty much all the food was cold already :( The bed is very hard so for me was very uncomfortable & it would be nice for a 4 star hotel to give hair balsam & lotion too not just the basic soap. Also if at least a kettle & tea, Nescafé would be supplied in the room. The spa has no adult section & the staff not regulating kids screaming nonstop in the thermal section, take ear plugs with you if you want to rest lol

My parents and I enjoyed the swimming pools. We liked the food. Everything was just ok.

SerbiaA lot of people on the swimming pool and spa-we found out that people can pay 10e entry and use everything the same like guest in hotel. Because of that the guests don't have their privacy and we couldn't find free Sunbads. The stuff is ok and gentle but they speak only Hungarian or barely English.
The variety of swimming pools and thermal water witch is especially good for the scin.

CroatiaThe door could not be locked and we slept whole night unlocked. Also we went to the spa and had to leave unlocked room. Another problem is that too many people were at pool area and children can be in sauna area. Also, everything is in Hungarian, English would be nice for basic information

CroatiaThe water in our bathroom had a strange smell, it smelled like iron and shower water smelled like sulphur, like it is from a well so we had no drinking water in our room.
The room was very pleasant and clean, the staff were nice but only some of them spoke english so it was tough to communicate on some occasions. The saunas were great and the food was really nice.
