Excellent location in the small village of Demjén, next to the Cave Bath and not far from the Salt Hills of Egerszalók and historic city of Eger. Clean rooms beautifully furnished and great variety of food selection during buffet breakfast.

It was dark in the room woth the lights on. We had to pay extra for going into the cave wellness. The receptionist lady on the first day on the 24th of july wasnt helpful and friendly at all. No smile what so ever!

The room was not cleaned daily. May have been because we were in the room when the cleaners were on the floor, but it is unusual for a 4* hotel. The wifi was very weak signal.

Despite being fully booked it was an exceptionally quiet and relaxing hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinners offered plenty of choice and the restaurant nicely arranged

Paper thin wall, we could hear what neighbours were talking, even when they switch on and off their lamps. We felt we are with someone else in room. Nobody speaks english.

It was relatively new. Bath is close and very good, it was clean and the dinner, breakfast are fine.

Room temperature was constantly set to 26 degrees Celsius even during the night without the option to reset the thermostat.

Wonderful location next to the Cave Bath in Demjén, close to the salt hills of Egerszalók and the historic city of Eger famous for its medieval castle. The lady who attended us at the reception was really unfriendly and didn’t help us at all. She didn’t explain us how to move through the different facilities and even when we asked her fir a second time some details she gave us wrong information, without apologizing later. Really, this kind os service makes the whole hotel seem worse than it is, it’s a pity! The rest was good.

The music on the corridors was too loud and switched on too early in the morning.

The food was great and the view from the restaurant with the sunset was very special. The towels had a great fragnance.

Slightly disappointed in the hotels buffet dinner service in the sense that they deliberately did not make plain water available to patrons at the buffet dinner, so that if a guest wanted to drink anything they would have to order from the waiter for an extra charge. Kind of sneaky! Other than that the food was excellent.

When booking more than one room, staff couldn’t sort out to be located at the same floor with family members, TV controller wasn’t working, bathroom water temperature controller was malfunctioning.

Poor English knowledge of the receptionist. No vacuuming or bathroom cleaning for 5 days.

Breakfast and dinner was rich and tasty, pleasant decor in the common spaces and the room, the garden for the ground floor room was a nice surprise, pleasant waiters and good service at the restaurant, outdoor pools were fine.

Both dinner and breakfast were not adequate for that hotel category, and as we are talking about a hotel in a hungarian village, the value-for-money ratio could be better

Beautiful hotel within a lovely scenery, very nice interior, big rooms, we even got a room on ground floor with a little garden in front of the veranda for I travelled with a dog, very kind staff
