Reception is only open for a limited time, so when we came back early evening to find the cleaner had left our room open - we had no one to speak to. We messaged them via the app but no one came back to us. Clearer ways to communicate with the team out of hours would be helpful.

However, I was not pleased with the attitude of the lady at the front desk. She seemed mostly occupied with her phone, and any requests we made appeared to be treated as extra work. Additionally, I wish the bathroom had been cleaner and better stocked with essentials such as shampoo and conditioner, which were missing. Locker in the room was not working. AC was working but was not cooling enough. Carpet in the room needs a bit cleaning too. I am not sure if I felt value for money.

Overall, our stay was very good. We really liked the location and the spaciousness of the room. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and friendly, and he guided us very well.

The only thing that could be improved is the luggage storage. While it’s already quite secure — located in front of reception and accessible only with the entrance key — it could be made even safer by using numbered tags or coupons to ensure that each guest collects only their own luggage (but this would be just a plus, everything is already perfect!)

This hotel is amazing! The guy at the reception was extremely kind with us, the bed and the whole room were incredible as well as the bathroom that was huge. Everything was really clean and we loved our stay, we’ll definitely come back!

Since it’s part of a private residential building, it can get quite noisy at night if people are talking in the yard — we had trouble sleeping due to loud conversations. Also, the bed was very soft for my taste, though others might find it comfortable.

There is no 24/7 reception, but they have a seamless self check in and check out process. The room was nice and clean, but ours was on the ground floor with a very small window, which was not enough to lid the room.

The young woman at the reception, who was there when the helpful young man was not on duty, did not offer the same level of service. Her attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, which created a poor impression. After accidentally dropping my credit card by the bed, I noticed a significant amount of hair left from previous guests, as well as dirtstaines on the carpet. When I pointed this out, she responded dismissively, simply stating that my room had already been upgraded — and gave me a look as if my complaint was unreasonable. This was a sharp contrast to the excellent service provided by her colleague. Thankfully, she was only there on our last day

The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He quickly fixed an issue we had with the hot water when we arrived, and it worked perfectly after that. He also gave us maps and great suggestions for places to visit. The two ladies at breakfast were equally helpful and even brought our breakfast up to our room. The hotel is in a very central location — we walked everywhere and didn’t need public transport at all. Our room was spacious and had a balcony facing the street. We also received clear instructions on how to enter the hotel at night when the doors were locked, which worked perfectly.

The breakfast area is very small, you have to wait if there's a people. The breakfast offer is very small (but tasty). My room was in the ground floor, and very noisy sometimes.

The staff was very kind, the guy in front desk (IDK his name) was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great, close to everywhere. The room was very big and comfortable.

there was no AC working in the room, or fan... it was hot at night. during the months of the winter the AC in the room is set for heat only ceiling fan would have solved the problem....

Fantastic location, central to main Pest attractions with lots of good eateries/supermarkets nearby. Highlight was a courtyard to relax in with a complimentary coffee from the desk, very appreciated. Bedroom a good size with comfortable bed, decent clothes storage and quiet. Breakfast was simple but nice, however on the busier weekend the staff did struggle to deliver on the basics such as availability of coffee & the room felt crowded (it’s a small room) so get there early, much more relaxed in the week.

Breakfast is the same every day, it could be more versatile

The location is pretty great, in the centre of the city, you can reach most of the interesting places in a walk. The inner yard is chill and silent, same for the room, no road noise or something. It's a perfect place according to price/quality ratio, no doubt.

Had a great short stay here for a 2 day trip to Budapest. Good value and great location. They let us checkin early which was great. Would recommend!

The hotel should heat the room before arrival.

The staff is very kind and always at your service. I can see they work hard and truly deserve a salary increase. 🤑 Breakfast is great with a variety of options on your table, but I would suggest adding a few extra dishes. If you stay for more than two days, having the same breakfast every morning might become repetitive. The hotel's location is excellent and very safe. You can walk to all the popular attractions, so there's no need to use a car, bus, or train. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we found an underground garage for 8,000 HUF per day (around €20). Additionally, you can enjoy coffee and tea from the machine for free, which is a nice touch!
