Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was comfortable and very clean, the bed was large, the staff very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast and an interesting space for breakfast in a patio. They offered free coffee and snacks in the afternoon, which made my waiting time for the taxi to the airport easier. The bus stop and Hop on hop off stop is quite close to the hotel. For sure I will come back for my next visit to Budapest.

CroatiaI very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel everything was great except for one thing. The elevator was a bit frustrating because after pressing the button to go to my room, the doors would close but then reopen, and I had to press the button again. Aside from that, my experience was very positive.
Every morning, there were Nespresso cups of coffee available in the room. Free snacks were offered with the coffee in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. While the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, the hotel itself is very good.
