The appartement is very close to the train station and very quiet in the night. We are very satisfied.

The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated, simple and friendly. I was given access codes, so access was easy, even late at night. The accommodation is within walking distance of the train station (max 10 min). I had a room in the main building, the furnishings were functional and the room was quite spacious. Bathroom is separate and shared when there are other guests. There is also a washing machine here, very convenient. Coffee making facilities and a bakery nearby.

Yard is great even it was cold, we used yard for morning coffe, Proporty is very close to city center. Rooms are good and clean.

The room was really cold when we got there. It dis heat up well once we turned on the AC.

We made a reservation at night, paid, arrived at the accommodation in about half an hour, but no one was there. No one answered the email, no one answered the phone. After an hour we decided to stay elsewhere. No one responded to the request for a refund.

Parking was a matter of luck, you can't really park on the premise. In the morning some other guests were rather noisy as they sit in front of our windows. Moving the table and chairs a bit further from the apartment would be great. But after I asked them to be less loud they politely asked for excuse and complied.

The location was perfect and easy to find. Check-in was easy and quick. We arrived a bit late but it didn't cause the slightest issue. Rooms were comfy with free wifi. All rooms were with air conditioning. There is a great bakery few meters away.

Heating was only by air conditioning and it was rather weak. Fortunately it was a not so cold night so we survived. The room had an old sock smell not extremely strong, but still there. Iron barrs at the windows. Perhaps needed, but we could not tell. We really do not know how safe Szeged is. But it did looked like a quiet area.

The location is very good, close to the center, and verry close to the house there is a very nice restaurant, the Kapca Cafe&Bistro where we ate great burgers. the athmosphere was quite smooth, with good taste music and artworks on the walls, very nice people. The shower water was hot and plenty. The host was accomodating and let us park inside, which was very nice, since there was not too much space. Room quite large.

There was a problem with cold water when I wanted to take a shower, but owner came with a solution once I reported it, so I can't really name a single negative thing about this place.

It's in a perfect location, owner is really friendly and helpful, rooms have older furniture, but are really comfy and clean. I've seen a few older reviews complying about dirty bathroom and problems with AC, it seems that this got fixed because I didn't had any problems with any of those. If you are looking for a cheap and nice place to stay in Szeged, this one is exactly what you are looking for.
