The floor of the shower and bathroom as a whole is not in the best shape. Changed to Lima hostel one afterwards, that one is under the same hospitality, for me a 5/10. Really hot rooms with no ventilation.

The room was a bit smelly. Had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to come and give us keys for the check-in because the key box wasn't working.

The self check-in was a bit complicated but after some time I figured it out and could enter. The fact that the pub was closed was not a big deal for me as I was on transit to Budapest but if you plan to stay for more than a night here and want to eat/drink there you should inform yourself if it is open. My question is therefore if the pub has a seasonal opening.

The hotel is located close to the railway station and in the heart of Győr. By the time I arrived, there was no one at the reception but I could do a self check-in. Because I was on transit to Budapest the fact that the pub was closed was not a big deal for me.

Window opening is a bit challenging, with two windows to open one behind the other, and curtain could have been thicker for darkening the room at night, or some shutters.

This is a good hotel at central location. Spacious, comfortable room and bed. The central pedestrian walkways are nearby, as well as many shops, bars, cafes, sites etc., with a hip bar just on the ground floor to the side. Check-In and Check-Out processes are automated. Wifi is good. Good value for money.

I don’t like these self check-ins. The contact in the bar was a bit grumpy and reminded me that it’s a self check-in. These people are more interested in themselves than providing good customer service. It took me longer to go through their pre-arrival procedures just to save them time. There was no financial benefit to me. Next time I’ll go elsewhere for the same cost!

I loved the location, in city center, very kind owners. My friend was stupid and hurt her ankle on the stairs but it wasn't anyone's fault, just be careful if you are staying here

We booked two rooms, the shower wasn't working properly in one of them. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

The shower is broken and has a leakage. We had an issue with wifi and the hostel was unreachable, we have sent multiple emails and tried to call them on a few occasions without result.

Finding the place is extremely difficult. In the communication from them, there are 3 different names/locations that are used. If you don't know that there is a hostel AND a guest house and that they are on different blocks with different access to the same building, it is very challenging.

Checking in on useless apps, better to deal with someone or just send the codes like all other booking premises do. Why do you need to scan my passport? This is already done on the booking website, absolutely useless idea. The city tax you have to pay? Why not include it in the booking price? These things are easy to do so stop making it hard for the traveller by asking them to put money in envelopes, and trying to find the right change.

The communication was weird. Scanning IDs to some app, a bit unclear instructions etc. My questions remain unanswered. I had to improvise to pay the city tourist tax. Also I have no idea what was so 'deluxe' in the apartment compared to the others.

The room was clean and quiet. Generally everything was ok, we encountered no problem with the apartment itself.
