The mattress was not very comfortable. The shower pressure was annoyingly low. Some more breakfast variation would be nice. I mostly resent not getting a balcony overlooking the courtyard instead of the noisy street when those apartments where clearly free. Also our neighbors AC unit was on our balcony and would blow directly at us when they would turn it on. So overall our balcony experience was not so great which is too bad since we usually love to sit on the balcony when the kids fall asleep.

We stayed in an off site apartment. It was very clean, homey with a well equipped kitchen with a big fridge which is great for a family of 4. The breakfast was decent, quite repetitive, but still good for a three star hotel. Good coffee. On Saturday morning there was a chocolate fountain. The staff were friendly and professional. I would for sure stay here again with my family but I would ask for a balcony looking at the courtyard to have some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Breakfast should contain more varieties, as the only meat option was pork sausages which we don't eat. Also the room floor has dust on it.

Nevermind it is 3 star hotel, for us accomodation and service was like in 5 star hotel. It is possible the best place to stay practically in the very centre of Budapest.

The family rooms were outside of the main building. This was communicated in the booking so not really a hotel's mistake. I only wish it was in the main building.

Everything about Bo18 was top notch. The staff were courtious, the facilities were as expected and the breakfast was great. On top of this, the complimentary water filter and cooler was a great addition.

The area around the hotel feels a bit suburban, not clean, but we just ignored it.

The young lady at the reception was so warm, clear, and informing, really went the extra mile. The room was sparkly clean, and so was the bathroom, which I thought was spacious and nice, good size of room for family of 2 adults and a teen for 1 night. Breakfast was very good quality and taste. Anything you'd want. It's really good value for money. It is close to the subway station, which very quickly gets you anywhere in Budapest, metro os very frequent and cheap. Public parking on the street of the hotel with tax, but just a few euros per day.

- the Spa is more just to be there. The sauna is barely hot and the door keeps a tiny bit open at all times. - breakfast could be longer, especially on weekends. - theres a big construction next to the hotel which might effect some rooms as well

All staff were super friendly and helpful, the little wellness centre (jacuzzi & sauna) at the bottom an added bonus and the breakfast selection was good (it changed a bit each day). The location was also good (key transport stops about 600m away), I think any further into district 8 and it would have not been as pleasant potentially.

Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff. Very good location, with convience of shopping centre within a few minute walk. Jacuzzi and sauna were a pleasant bonus.. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Internet connection

I stayed for 3 days in an apartment that included one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. It was a great experience. The place was very clean, all the appliances were new, and the heating and cooling systems worked perfectly. It was only 400 meters to both the bus stop and the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast variety was quite reasonable. The only issue I experienced was with the internet. The connection was not stable and there were frequent dropouts. So, if a reliable internet connection is important to you, I recommend taking precautions in advance. Since I didn’t use the jacuzzi or other hotel amenities, I can’t comment on those.
