There is no elevator in the building, so if you need help with luggage you would have to wait. Also, while we enjoyed spa facilities, it was closing quite early. Outdoor sauna closes at 5, pool closes at 6 and indoor spa at 7. We will be exploring the area all day long and it would be nice to relax in the spa at the end of the day, most of the time we barely had 30-40 minutes to enjoy it due to hours.

The rooms were amazing, the whole atmosphere with the castle park is super. We loved the fact that We could get to take Our dog with us to a hotel with Spa facilities. Breakfast and dinner selections were great too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a beautiful and peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace that offered beautiful views — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what I needed. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious meals served daily. The park around the hotel is ideal for walks, rest, and pure enjoyment. The hotel also offers both indoor and outdoor pool as well as a great spa area. Everything was spotless, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to unwind, escape the daily rush, and truly enjoy some quality time in a serene environment. I left feeling refreshed and recharged — I will definitely be coming back!

The wellness area was too small and overcrowded to fit all guests. For some reason, one restaurant staff member assumed our nationality and consistently was trying to talk with us in Russian. But no, we are neither Russians nor talk in Russian. Please don't assume nationalities from whatever characteristics. It can be offensive.

We loved their wonderful, historical building, nice park for daily walks, dinners.

It was challenging to find a parking spot. Guests parking their cars so inconsiderably, that if the parking spots would have been marked, you could easily fit 10 more cars. The inside wellness is a bit outdated. And the floor and the seats of the sauna outside was unbearably hot.

Lovely location. Friendly staff. Fast check-in and check-out. Very good dinner and breakfast with a great variety of options. Reasonably priced. Great outdoor facilities.

We didn't like the fact that a couple went into the sauna nude, whilst there were families and children in the pool and jakuzzi.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. So was the evening meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the room nice and clean.

cleanliness, variety of dinner and complementing the food, it is very difficult to communicate in English, the staff only speaks German and Hungarian. Immediately after our arrival on Friday, we had a very unpleasant experience with room no. 16 on the ground floor, it had an unpleasant and unidentifiable stench. Fortunately, we were lucky to have a very kind and helpful lady at the reception, who found a solution and moved us to a new room, which was beautiful, clean and fragrant. The entire hotel is furnished in a historical style and staying in it is a pleasant experience

The only negative I could mention is that the gym of the hotel is small and not very well equipped. To be honest I was always alone in the gym.

An absolutely fantastic place to have a wellness holiday. The place have a good variety of saunas, and 2 thermal pools. The staff was always nice and helpful, and the food provided was great. They offer a large variety of massages and treatments, which my wife enjoyed very much.

The castle is in a beautiful location, surrounded by a well-kept park. The rooms are large and completely renovated. The staff is very attentive and fulfilled all our wishes. The drinks and food were varied and delicious. The wellness department is of a high standard, perfect for relaxation.
