Everything was perfect. Just a note: no restaurant for evening dinner on site but I did not require it. At breakfast there is a buffet and I also got a plate with eggs and meat (I would not have taken it if I had been asked).

I stayed one night in this hotel during a business trip and really liked the fantastic view on the lake from the balcony. There were plenty of parking places. Very good breakfast. I felt like on holidays :)

Location to Balaton Park Circuit is just great, 12mins with the car. Room is quite spacious. Air conditioning works really well. Territory is clean and safe. Food in the restaurant is also of better quality than in the rest of the horeca around. Big parking lot. Very frindly and helpful staff.

This 3 day stay for us was exceptional! While we arrived during a time when the hotel was not at full capacity, the staff still went above and beyond to make certain that every comfort level and priority was given to us. We had a problem with our rental car when we arrived and needed it swapped out. The kind gentleman at the desk was super helpful in helping us contact the company. Without his assistance, it would have made for a stressful situation. We loved the area and the kindness of the entire front desk staff, groundskeeping and restaurant team members. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and the breakfasts were yummy. Even enjoyed one evening's happy hour out on their restaurant deck before sunset. You are missing a wonderful experience if you do not choose to stay here. We will recommend this hotel to all our world traveler friends! A diamond 5 star stay!

The rooms are rather small, so I would not book this place for a longer stay.

The rooms are quite basic, and the hotel is outdated. I think it doesn't worth the price they ask. The maintance level is basic, they clean the room, but the miss stuff - trash bin not empted, towels not changed etc... Of course if you ask they will do everything. I think the place has huge potential even without the rennovation, but with some attitude

Great location! Inside small marina, which hosts boats, but its so quite and peaceful... Since its a private property, only people who come to the hotel or to the yacht can get in. The restaurant is pretty OK, nothing special. There is small piece of beach where you can swim. We got the family room with gallery, where kids were sleeping.

as a matter of fact everything was great. If I had to tell us something I liked less, it would be that the parking lot is located between the building and the boats, it would be nicer behind the buildings.

The rooms are beautiful and they all face the water and those wonderful boats. Staff is friendly and helpful, the meals are delicious. The restaurant has an especially nice view on the water as well. Balaton Kenese is a very beautiful, romantic small town.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They had someone, free of charge, pick us up at the train station. When a pipe in the bathroom broke they moved us to another room. The room they moved us to, they felt had a better view of the lake and the sale boats. Which it did. The area we stayed in is not a tourist area, it is a very small village with beautiful homes. The train station is about 3K but there is a trolly 1K. Either way if you perfer a Taxi they will try to obtain one for you.

The breakfast was really disappointing, no bacon left, and no gluten free bread provided although asked upon booking… expensive for the choice available. The restaurant food was average and some of the waiting staff were miserable
