How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

bathroom, thin walls, modest breakfast
I recommend this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property has great potential, and you can park your car safely. Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy, rather modest. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, but the bathroom was very small with a bathtub. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and you can practically hear everything happening in the room next door, especially if it's a crying baby. The value for money is good. The property is well located, making it ideal for a quiet and peaceful stay during a longer trip around Hungary. Thank you.

curtains in the room could be darker to shut out the light, i would have prefered diferent breads at breakfast , not only white and I like fresh fruit which there wasn't any

Nice pension, they offered breakfast for only 3 of us (as an extra service), you can use the kitchen (we did not know about it), and parking is just near the accommodation. The room is not small, enough space for 3 people. The receptionist was really helpful with printing some papers for the border. The accommodation is close to auto ban, but far enough to sleep in silence.

The smell in the room is terrible because of the air fresheners. We couldn't sleep so we had to sleep with the window open in the winter. Remove them from the rooms because it's not for everyone and can cause allergies

Missing shower curtain, towel hangers and no sockets in the bedroom. The space was quite small and limited due to the attic.

The bathroom was small. It is a wedding’s venue as well and some light sleepers might find it too loud when the wedding is downstairs
Staff were very helpful and check in and out was very quick. We have not had breakfast there but dinning room looked very nice and food selection was great

The room in the attic was very small and we had to be careful when getting out of bed not to hit the wall or the roof, the bathroom is also very small in the attic and when you get out of the tub you have to be careful not to injure yourself! All in all acceptable but not for that price!
The apartment was very clean and tidy and the staff also was very friendly!

There's not a single hanger in the bathroom. You can't hang a towel or anything else. That's an easy fix though. Additionally, rooms in the last floor have bathroom with sloped ceiling, and it's not easy to get a shower standing without banging your head in the wall.
Staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean, rooms are comfortable. Having chairs and sofa beside beds is a plus! Breakfast is really nice!

It is a pension style hotel. It has clean rooms and was very quite and comfortable stay. It also had a private parking available which was important for us. The property is a bit outside of city. It was convenient for us because we arrived by car. For others I don’t think this hotel will be suitable.
