We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaThe air conditioner wasn't working properly. Breakfast was good but the food selection could be better.
The hotel is surrounded by trees, location is peaceful. It's clean and quite comfortable. Free parking.

Czech RepublicRoom was facing park behind the hotel. It was dark all day and very cold. We had rainy days with low temperatures and they did not heat at all so I got sick. Since no heating towels nor bathing suite did not dry so had to take it wet next day to the spa. All clothes were kind of wet as well. Mattress in the bed was very soft so my back got fixed after first night. Tried to turn it up side down and it was better. Also the main hotel door remained unlocked all day long and as there was staff at the reception only few hours in the morning anybody could enter hotel any time. Some guests were leaving room key at the reception during the day... Meaning anybody could take keys and walk in their room. Unsafe hotel. As I got sick here we decided to leave one night early even it was paid. This stay was a huge disappointment for me. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.
Breakfast selection was good. Only coffee could be better.
