The hotel is advertised as a 4-star on Booking, but it is actually just a 3-star. Throughout the entire week, our towels were not changed, not even once. When the shower hand in the shower run out, it was replaced with hand soap. We used the hotel pool, and the water had a great temperature, but the pool jets were never turned on.

The staff was amazing and helpful in every way. The hotel pool is great. The unlimited access pass to thermal baths is an amazing perk - we were even able to use it for the entire day on the checkout day.

Cleanliness of the room: upon arrival we found a lot of hairs left in the bathroom after previous guests and I also suspect that there was no vacuum cleaning of the carpet done neither; even more: we have found some piece of clothes in the wardrobe which clearly shows that the room was not cleaned and checked properly. Coffee machine needs regular cleaning / maintenance as well. Water temperature of the hotel pool stays far behind compared to what is being advertised to be (32 vs 24°C).

All the staff very helpfull and friendly - as always (front desk, restaurant, room service...) Breakfest: precisely served, refilled all the time, absolutely clean, well done ! The hotel pool was apparently cleaner than last time earlier this year. The backyard / garden is being very well maintained (which included one noisy morning however as a result it looks really nice :-))

The restaurant smell of burnt fat. Your clothes and your hair smelt after!

Lovely hotel, give you access to use the spa facilities in the hotel next door included in the price. Outdoor pool was great! Bonus is adults only! Very pieceful, very close walking distance to town centre. The only thing for me was when I gone for breakfast to the restaurant my hair and my clothes smelt of burnt fat. I think the young lad who cooked the breakfast he burnt the fat. If the weather is nice, you can eat your breakfast outside on the terrace which is very lovely. I had a lovely stay. I will be going back to this hotel in the future.

If I were to really find something I would probably mention the air conditioning which was not cool enough. However, it was over 35 degrees outside so I understand it was not easy to cool all the rooms.

We were here for the second time and we will definitely come again. The best thing I see is that the all day access to the thermal baths is included in the price of the room. The next very good thing is the swimming pool, which belongs only to this hotel and then it is perfect that you can go directly from the hotel to the thermal bath. The breakfast was also excellent with everything we needed.

The hotel has to rethink the way the centralized a/c system works as temperatures are not foreseen to go down in the near future. Many thanks for the lady from the reception supported us ! Breakfast facility area has to have a better air circulation as well! These solved hotel will have a very high occupancy rate!

Would have been nice if housekeeping had paid more attention to detail-the bathroom floor behind the door was dirty, folded the duvet covers on the bed but didn’t really ‘make’ it. Essentially did the minimum. Screens on the windows would be nice.

Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. Kinga, was especially helpful. She went out of her way to contact a rental car company for us since we don’t speak Hungarian and gave us some great tips of things to do. She has a very nice disposition and is welcoming as are the rest of the staff.

The pool is good, but facilities like lights, bubbles, and jets are not working; probably they try to save on these "extras". It was a bit cold in the room; aircon working for heating was very noisy.

The hotel is now the closest to the Thermal Spa thanks to a new direct path. The pool in the hotel is a comfortable 32C Nice sauna in the garden; free to use but you should reserve few hours in advance. I believe it's the best place to stay to access the thermalbad. You can go there even after checkout - the key is valid for the whole day of the departure.

Please inform guests about the system of using an electronic key to open and close the doors. This will prevent the doors from being destroyed and reduce noise in the hotel. :-)

Staff is very friendly. There is everything from fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal, to eggs and sausages for breakfast. The room was clean and fresh towels and robes were replenished when needed. The grounds are also, well taken care of.

Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The proximity to the mineral pools, just a two minute walk away is great.

Cleaning servis can be better. Air condition did not work well, like a fan.

Breakfast delicious and big choice (3Stars hotel). Direkt enter to Spa, for free. Big room. Staff friendly and helpful.
