We are regularly coming back to the hotel. It's clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent! There is more entertainment in the hotel now, for the kids and adults as well, which we were very pleased with.

I got white towel in room so I used it for the pool, when I wanted to change it the lady down asked me why I don't have pink and that I should have pink which I didn't even know. Nothing important just misunderstanding.

It was amazing! The pools were great, and there was more of them. Food was absolutely delicious both breakfast and dinners. Acros the street there were thermals and gorgeous park.

The rooms are really run-down. Everything you touch is falling apart. There are rooms where there is a door between two rooms, which is closed but it is not really soundproof.

The bed could do with a new mattress, it's feels a big outdated. I was there for two weeks, tea/coffee making facility in the room would be nice.

The staff are very friendly. The food is good. Good size room with a balcony. Aquapark next door. Ideal place for relaxation. Nice pool.

Location - is quite far from Budapest, so if you plan to visit city, prepare for around 1 hour drive in single direction.

The dinner buffet was rich but the freshness and quality of food were not fantastic. Having 2 dinners I could see the repetitive dishes. The hotel is pretty remote so to access it without a car is challenging, although possible.

Great value for money - the room was comfortable and clean, and the access to the spa area, swimming pool, and saunas was great. The breakfast was very nice, with some very surprising meals so I could learnt what Hungarians eat for breakfast.

Even if the rooms were clean, the furniture is outdated throughout the hotel. The rooms are quite small and some utilities require replacement (such as the shower cabin)

The staff could be friendlier and more helpful. I've even been yelled at by the pool staff leaving my kid crying. It left a bad after taste both times.

It was our second stay at the hotel. I really like how many things there are to do, the hotel, restaurant, pools, game machines, play rooms. Nice options to spend your time.

Unfortunately there were many. 1. The place is not clean at all and the smell on the hallways are upsetting, you can smell the “oldness” in furnitures, carpets and the walls. 2. I saw a cockroach running around in the lobby once. 3. The food provided was extremely mid, poor breakfast selection, dinner was not extraordinary. The names of the dishes were often mistranslated from Hungarian, not allowing you to have a clue what you eat. 4. The room was never properly cleaned, they just made the bed and changed the towels, the toilet was not disinfected, they didn’t vacuum or swipe at all, the balcony was full of pigeon droplets through the entire stay, nobody cared. 5. There is a table tennis in -1 below ground floor to have some fun which you cannot really for too long underground because you run out of air quickly, super humid, not pleasant placement at all. 6. There is an electronic board game table in the lobby which was often malfunctioning, and when the staff was let known about it they showed the upmost carelessness, coming there to check and asking: “what now, should I plug it out and back again?” - like duh, idk make it work, have an idea. 7. And let me put again the cleanness, it is non existent, full of bugs, bad smell, dirty, questionable stains in many amenities. Disgusting.

The only one pool available inside was decent enough to have some swim-around.

during check-in and check-out took too much time. The room was very hot and I needed to leave the windows open and I wasn't ae to switch off the heating system. The pillows were so uncomfortable and the bed too soft... bottom line I was not able to sleep . The bad was not good the shower couldn't stay fix and doors of the shower cabin did not close properly. Then breakfast was a disaster. Variety and quality of the meals was very very poor, the cappuccino tasted like a chocolate beverage... really looked abs is like a low level of all inclusive.
