There are not many things to mention here. What I would highlight is that our bathroom is quite small, with not much space to store our toiletries. If there were a couple of shelves added in the bathroom for storing your soap, shampoo, etc, it would make things even better.

AquaVilla Eger is located in an exceptional spot in the city, close to the center, the Turkish bathhouse, and the beach, too. There are many restaurants, bars nearby, and it's easy to grab an ice cream as well. You can also visit wineries fairly easily from the hotel. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces, free of charge. The staff was incredibly helpful, the check-in and check-out process was quick, and we received a bit of a gift as well on both occasions. The breakfast had a great selection of savoury and sweet options, and the staff was kind enough to also cater to our needs (providing lactose-free and whole wheat bread options). Our room was spacious, the mattress was firm, and we had enough pillows as well. Overall, our room and the common areas were spotless, and daily cleaning was also an option. The wifi was strong, no complaints there. AquaVilla has a smaller wellness terrace too, with a jacuzzi and a sauna. The staff were kind to preheat the sauna and prepare the jacuzzi for us to use, and we tried both for a bit of relaxation. All in all, I would highly recommend the place to stay, amazing staff, good rooms, great breakfast, and excellent location in the city.

The location was perfect, everything was walking distance, Macok Bisztor, Dobo Square, Despresso Restaurant, Turkis bath and Eger Thermal, also the castle and the minaret. The staff was exptremely polite, and kind. They were helpful if asked for advice, the hotel had a nice parking and also a restauren which we did nto have a chance to try. We also missed the jacuzzi, and the saune because we went to the baths, but it was looking nice.

Our stay was very comfortable, Villa is near the centre. Room is very spacious, staff was very friendly. We sure that we will return back in future in summer time. There is nice aquapark and atmosphere of city with very good restaurants. I fully recommend to visit this beautiful city Eger.

Just one little thing. In the bathroom the water leaked from the shower to the floor but nothing else.

By walk the downtown is very close but the hotel is not in the city cetre so it is quiet which is perfect for relaxing. Tha staff were helpful and nice and the breakfast was also delicious. There are vegetarian gluten and lactose free options. With our dog it was a pleasure to stayed there so I can recommend this place. Next time we also want to stay int his nice hotel.
