How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

No outside sockets for electric-bikes, breakfast options, in my bed when i lay on my side i felt the springs in the matras.
Everyday fresh sheets and towels, clean and big bathroom, location was okay but we had our bikes, parking space was good and the staff was nice.

Breakfast buffet could have been a bit more diverse.
Very very clean, comfortable matress, friendly staff. We also had dinner at their restaurant, the food was very tasty.

Exceptional value for money. Convenient parking lot in front of the hotel. Air condition worked well - it was 36 degrees of Celsius that day. Spacious room, comfortable beds.

Although very convenient for the bus, large shopping centre and train, it has no tourist attractions or pleasant walks nearby.
Clean, spacious room, quiet, lift to upper floors, generous breakfast included, restaurant on site, close to bus station ( our reason for choosing the area) The checking in is flexible. The restaurant is excellent..serving local produce in a lovely air-conditioned room or by the fish pond..

It is a little far from the city centre so just something to be mindful of.
The room and bathroom were a decent size, it was also clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It’s right by a train station, about 10 mins walk, and a tram stop, 5 mins walk. There is also a big mall nearby.

AC wasn't as good as we had in other places.
Parking was free. We had issues with the AC and a repair man was with us within 5minutes. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to access with Bolt.

The hotel is in a great location – there's a tram stop nearby, as well as the starting station of metro line M4, which makes it easy and quick to reach the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. A big plus is the free parking. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Although it was a short stay, there wasn't much I didn't like. The restaurant, on Sunday, closes at 15:00 and you may need to read the info a bit deeper or else you think it closes at 21. However, it was more my mistake to not read properly than the hotel.
4 stars hotel. Is there anything else to add? It's worth every penny spent, extremely clean, comfortable, and the staff were very helpful I'd definitely come back. Beds are 1000/10. 10/10

AC didn't work during our stay, which was a huge problem bearing in mind that it was 35 degrees outside. We tried to solve the problem by opening the windows, but it was to noisy, because there was a party in the hotel's restaurant. In addition, trams are passing near hotel, so by opening the windows, you can hear them passing. Matreses were to hard for my taste. However, I belive it is was just temporary problem and we simply didn't have luck 🤷🏻♂️
Rooms vere modern. It was very neat and clean.

The facility is visibly old. It should be renovated a bit. Also it is bit far from the center. But in general is good

When we checked into the room we were told that the air conditioning was not working and because of that it was very stuffy. A bit noisy because of the location near the railway tracks.

Everything was great
The hotel gave a sense of luxury and had beautiful surroundings even though the street it is in looks nothing much. Staff were very helpful. Also the location was important to us as it has to be close to public transport and tram 19 and 49, which take you to the centre of town, are only down the road
