The only small improvement we would suggest is adding a microwave, which would make the stay even more convenient.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Budapest I would highly recommend Anabelle Bed in Budapest for anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely come back next time I’m here. Firstly, the location is perfect — just a short walk from the beautiful Danube River. We went for a stroll almost every day, and the iconic Parliament Building was only a few minutes away. Public transport is also very convenient, with both the tram and metro stations nearby. Secondly, the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. There was even a small balcony where we could sit and relax. Although there was some construction work nearby, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Budapest — great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The room was very comfy and spacious. Great AC and strong WiFi. Balcony was perfect to have a coffee on, and literally around the corner from the Parliament building. Small supermarket close by as well. Easy access to public transport. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go as the location is very central. Check-in process was really easy, and I was able to check-in a bit early after a long flight so I was very grateful.

The location is perfect near Parlament. There are great breakfast and dinner places nearby. Easy to go everywhere, metro and buses go nearby too.

For us personally this wasn’t in an ideal location. We found it to be very far from the busy restaurant and nightlife area. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the inner city and a 10-15 minute metro journey. It was a lovely place but just a bit too far for what we were in Budapest for.

Since breakfast was not included (which we were aware of when we booked, so it’s not a negative point), it would be perfect if there were a toaster and a stove to prepare a more substantial breakfast, but it was amazing anyway.

An excellent stay because it had everything we value: heating, blackout windows, refrigerator in the room, a kitchen with a coffee machine, an excellent and quiet location, quick responses to any questions, the possibility to store luggage after check-out. I would return and highly recommend it without a doubt!

I highly recommend this accommodation in Budapest! The location is excellent, putting you right in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would absolutely stay here again!

I wonder if Anabelle has missed a trick since it stopped doing breakfast, there was no interaction with the owners on arrival (not necessarily negative, but lacked the opportunity to talk to someone and enquire about local things). The housemaid and her dog were friendly,and the reception area was nice…. Just lacking a personal touch.

The Anabelle location is perfect for exploring Budapest. With many sites within easy walking distance, those that are a bit further are no problem as Budapest has a great public transport system and the metro is very close. The apartment is very to the parliament and the river. From the outside (street) you would not know that there is an apartment block….. however we found this reassuring and it felt safe.

The property itself is fine. But the Anabelle management caused us great trouble because of the incomplete information in finding one room key. I booked two rooms. But the code of the safety box holding the key to the second room was not mentioned in the instructions in the email. So we could only get into one room. We arrived quite late at night and spent a lot of time and energy to call Annabelle to find the key.
