Pool and wellness was included in the pride of the stay - staff working there do not know English. Children were allowed in the saunas, which were also not functioning well, people in and out in wet swimwear, no towels to 'rent' for sauna. Not a good wellness. Also had to borrow swimming caps because there was no warning they are obligatory.

The food was really good, rooms nice, receptionist and dining staff friendly and helpful.

There is no mosqito net on the window. In most 4star hotels thete is a coffee maker or at least some coffee provided.Missed it Being a bit far from.lake Balaton,it is overpriced a bit.

The rooms.were 2 spacious double,very comfortable,nicely furnished. The bathroom was also big and beautiful. The hotel is connected with the city"s huge and perfect swimming and wellness center .The breakfast was gorgeous and the buffet dinner was exceptionally tasty and variety.. There is a nice park around the hotel. We arrived by bikes, and they could be locked in a separate room.for the night.The hotel staff is very kind and helpful ,especially in the restaurant

During our first night, the fire alarm went off at around 2 am. Upon arriving at the reception, we discovered from other residents that this issue had been happening for a few consecutive nights. While waiting at the reception, we received no instructions or communication regarding the situation. So after waiting around for half an hour, we returned to our room. I understand that the fire alarm system is there to protect the people in the building, and I had no issues getting out of the room. However, it's equally important that the staff looks after us in a situation like this.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Cleanliness of the rooms were great.

there isn't direct access to the lake or beach. its needed to walk for 10-15 min to get to promenade, but the path is along the road not the lake.

Our 2nd room was ok but not great: the bathroom door was broken& did not close, the main door had a broken lock on the inside, in the bathroom all the hand gel/shower gel dispensers were empty. So it was ok, but not as good as our 1st room.

The staff are great, the breakfast, walking distance to train, the swimming pool/wellness was very good; buffet dinner half-board was good & great value for money

It’s not well positioned with surroundings/plots under construction, furnitures are low quality and unstable (e.g. rooms door) with very small wardrobe to hang clothes, bathroom was not cleaned well, food was quite poor and basic, SPA closes to early (mostly on Sunday).

The hotel is modern and the staff was kind. SPA area (belonging to another property) is well equipped.

The pillows were a bit flat & hard; the TV/TV remote wasnt working (batteries?) ..but really these are minor points. Overall we are v.happy with this hotel.

The ladies on reception are fantastic: SO helpful & welcoming. Really helped us out. Room was very good & really good breakfast, lots of choice. Today we rented bikes at reception: great!; also used the pool & wellness, very nice. Great location.

Massage does not exist because masseurs do not show up and do not answer phone calls. the beds are broken, they have a hole, they creak and the back hurts after sleeping

We had a few expectation that weren’t met: - pool was for athletic swimming and you need caps - wellness area small - no slippers for the pool/spa area, only bathrobes - the breakfast spread was quite basic, dishes were not replenished - the way to reserve dinner at the restaurant was not clear

Clean and has all basic necessities. Peaceful view of the Ballaton lake in the distance. An Aldi next door and short drive to the Marina and restaurants: try Halaszekert Ettemer! They have regular/electric bikes for rent for 3hours minimum ~ €12

As we don't speak Hungarian, it was difficult to find our way around the hotel and to talk to the staff. There was no English in the wellness area, the lady at the gate did not speak English. It was confusing which towels belonged to the wellness centre and which to the room. No towels were prepared, although we were informed at the reception that they were.

Room was really clean, bathroom was big and everything was really nice. Breakfast was great - lot of options, even if you are vegetarian - staff was really nice as well. Pool it's also public, but all of time was almost empty, wellness is nice.

I missed something from the roof terrace, it has great potential but somehow quite neglected. Although I really liked to be up there. In the room at the shower the water was coming out, it was poorly built. The cable TV channel selection has been chosen in a weird way. No playground for kids or even TV channels. Unfortunate to not have a beach nearby to reach the Balaton on foot. But that is not the hotel's fault, obviously. The reception area should suggest better that this is a hotel and that place is the reception of it.

I really liked the swimming pool with the spa just in the next building with the free access. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good, nothing special but well made. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
