How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything was fine :)
Very clean room with private facilities, modern and easy to find. There is free parking and they also offer a lift for a fee to take you to Budapest Airport. Very satisfied. Will try it again.

We were so pleasantly surprised at yhe location near the airport. The easy of info for entry late at night. It was a touch of luxury which we all appreciated. Definately going back again Great value for money too

Excellent location, only a few minutes drive from the airport. City center is also easily accessible by direct train, the station is also just a few minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood, the room is done to a high standard. Staff is incredibly friendly, Communication was easy and they replied almost immediately to my questions. Great stay, would definitely book again 😊

Clean and comfortable apartment. Well laid out. Modern. Was easy to access with lockbox. Good for 1 night stay. No stove for cooking but includes microwave, kettle and hairdryer.

Smelly bathroom. Heating (we stayed in March) was turned on only after our arrival so the first hour it was cold but with aircon at maximum in less than 1h it was OK. TV had many Hungarian channels and none English (at least we couldn't couldn't find them).
Perfect for 1 night between flights - 9min Bolt drive from airport in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Nearest groceries 800m (Aldi). Water bottles, tea,coffee was provided. Bed was very comfortable - we had severe jetlag so sleep was main priority!

Nothing to dislike, it does what it says on the tin
Really well equipped with coffee, tea, water...microwave, kettle, plates etc. Thick duvet and blankets, portable radiator available, clean and tidy, really easy check in instructions and in a safe and clean neighbourhood. Was a quick overnight stay from a late-landing flight, and was absolutely perfect for our needs. No complaints

We arrive at night so was very dark, could do with a light up number on the house so you can find easier
So cozy and clean,very well decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay

Everything was as described. The owner is very kind and responded very quickly. We stayed at apartment for one night, parking was inside, on yard. The bed is comfy and big. We chose this apartment for the second time and we will be glad to return :)

Very good facilities, everything was perfect, the only thing I would recommend the owner is that he should put a light on the house number. The road is very dark. It will help people find the property easily. The property and facilities were perfect.

Place is in privat house. Room is very comfortable. There is a supermarket 10 minutes walk. I used taxi to go from airport and to airport.

We needed a place that was within a reasonable distance of the airport because we had a late flight coming in and another flight leaving in the afternoon, this being said we didn't take full advantage of the place, instead we used it as a pit stop, but it was more than perfect for our needs. It was large, quiet, super-clean and in working order. I could even be suitable for a longer stay, especially if you're driving.

There is no chance to sleep after 8 o clock. In the room you cannot make darkness and all of the neighbours are hard working, noise making bastards.:))

Too little time we had there. Could have done with some more days.
Everything. The appartments looked amazing, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Beds beyond comfy. Micro, kettle, fridge, tea, coffee, sugar supplied, even some bottled water which came handy in the heat. Never seen so big TV that it had and the air con put the crown on it. My daughter loved the swing in the garden.

The apartament looks amazing, the location is a little bit meh but you have a train station 10 minutes away from the apartament and it s easy and cheap to get in the city center! It s very clean and spacious and I really recommend!
