This is a very nice family hotel. The room was big, with a balcony, and there is a fantastic pool and sauna in a separate building. The breakfast is good, too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is not very central, but the village is pretty small and everything is within about a 15-minute walk. The staff and hosts speak fluent English and one of the family also speaks Russian.

Sauna was nice, but the swimming pool could be warmer. Breakfast was also good. In general we enjoy our stay there.

Listen, a great hotel with free parking. Comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, warm rooms during the cold time of day. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room has all the amenities for heating food and cooking. I advise choosing this hotel for anyone who wants to get a quality rest for an adequate price! You can come to the hotel at any time, just let the reception know and they will meet you and give you the keys to the room. Special respect to the service staff.

The pool table area could be improved. It would be nice if they had a bar open in the evening. It was possible to buy beer and wine at reception. But I think they could also make the reception into a little shop and sell coke/juice/shampoo/conditioner/toothbrushes ect.

Really lovely, helpful, caring staff. They only spoke a little English, I only speak a little Hungarian, but communication no problem. Good location 15mins walk to the lake, 6mins wall to the shops/cafes. Very nice, clean, new swimming pool, it was about 10 meters long, and good for swimming. Plus it opens before breakfast, so you can get an early morning workout. Pretty gardens. Room was big (some furniture a bit old fashioned, but not a issue). Good choice of fresh breakfast items. Inculding fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, cheese, salad, breads, jam juice ect ect Quite peaceful location. Parking on site. The price was fair, we will definitely stay again.

We stayd in Agnes hotel for 8 days. The hotel staff very kind, check-in was quick and welcoming. The room is big and including AC and nice terrace. Other facilities such the indoor pool is very clean. The hotel including free parking lot and the hotel location near to coffee shops. Personally I recommand!

We stayed there not first time. It's family business and the owner did everything that guest feel comfortable at the hotel. I like the location - not far from downtown but there silence place, exactly what I need. The breakfast was great- jogurt, musli, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, fresh bread ect. I think everyone can find what likes. Especially I appreciated the swim pool- it is large, clean and the temperature of water is very comfortable. + there are solt room and infrared sauna.

This was our second stay in this hotel and that tells enough. The breakfast was as good as last year. The beds are firm, there is no pit in the mattress. Big balcony at the north side (no airco on this side). It was 30 degrees outside and the room was cooler, we did not miss airco. Nice pool and jacuzi. Staff is helpfull.

Everything is great. Location, accommodation and facilities top marks. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff....Loved the kitchenette and balcony.

Oldfashioned and not very clean furnitures.

Nice hotel and quite big swimming pool. Breakfasts were ok for vegetarians too. Good localization, next to Thermal lake and Balaton. Fridge in the room was helpful.

- Even if Hungary has its currency, you have to pay in euros or the hotel does exchange euros on their currency rate (not easy to know the rate at the moment you pay!) - The rooms don't have air conditioning. - Personal doesn't speak English (or very very low level) - Pool does exist but with very cold water - For our three days, for breakfast, we could get sausages only one day!

Quite and nice place close to the city center and the thermal lake. Huge rooms with kitchen corner and nice balcony. Very clean!

Very nice and peaceful place. The apartment was big, comfortable and very clean, with huge bathroom.The pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. The hotel employees were very kind and helpful. Great location.

We booked a room with one double bed. The room the hotel assigned us had two single beds side by side. At the moment of sleeping the space between both beds was really uncomfortable. There is a big pool, but for winter season, is really cold (around 25 celsius degrees). The jacuzzi wasn’t working during the whole day, and the temperature was not too hot. Bear in mind that the hotel doesn’t give you shampoo, conditioner and/or soap for taking a shower.

The breakfast is okay. The room was spacious and warm. The balcony view was beautiful. The sauna was comfortable. The hotel employees were really nice.

We booked based on the beautiful pictures of the upper floors. However we were given a room on the ground floor (which in itself is not negative) but there was a large van parked right in front of our terrace, blocking any view we might have, and because other cars were allowed to park in the narrow space opposite these particular rooms (there is plenty of parking space outside the hotel), there are fumes and noise from moving cars and no sense of privacy for sitting outside and this detracts from the attractiveness of the place. This is an easily resolved issue. The room needs freshening up. The upholstery had old damp patches and was a little shabby. Once again, these are easily remedied issues.

The staff were polite and welcoming. The room itself was large and comfortable.
