It is quite far out of town, the bedding was a bit worn and the balcony needed some cleaning.

A little far from the center. Twin beds instead of double. Dinner in another hotel, 10-15 mins walk. The pool is nice, however smaller than it seems in the picture.

Breakfast and dinner were both good, no complaints. Beds were comfortable. Value for money. Good place for fams with lil kids.

The balkonywas not nice, with a view to the neighbors garden and there wasn’t chairs or tables, so it was useless.

Very nice pool and garden, the lake is 15 minute by foot. Free parking. Clean and modern rooms.

Good location, nice swimming pool. We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 4 days and we had everything we needed. If you want to visit with children, there is a trampoline and table tennis to enjoy in the garden.

Poor breakfast with low variety and service. Rooms were quite noisy. Whole pension could be cleaner. Pension staff could do much better job and increase rapidly the feeling from the stay.

In my opinion it's a cheap pension, not a 4 star hotel! Old and unrepaired equipment. The beds are small and there are two beds next to each other, so the mattress is spinning. The door of the room cannot be locked from the inside, with a small child (2 years) in the room a little bit .. There's not a good room cleaning service. Nowhere you could dry beach towels, swim wear etc. Noise from the next room. Dirty bathroom, cobwebs, broken unfinished tiling. Very small bathroom where you have a problem to dry myself. The bedside lamp does not work. Noisy air-condition and room fridge. What is the idea of the entrance door with the window?! Its stupid! Every light (gate, cars, street lamp...) is flashing to inside the room. You can't put any curtain like on the window. We were shocked by the breakfast - this is really for the brave! The selection is very bad, poor quality of food, terrible coffee (staff is unkind and bored that you have came)! We gave it only once and are not crazy to repeat it the next morning. I have probably never seen anything worse. In general the pro-client approach of the staff does not work at all. They do not care, are annoyed, unkind, bored...The photos of pension do not correspond to reality (pics are old). The children's playground would like an overhaul and facelift. In my opinion some parts are not safe for children (trampoline, slipway...). I wouldn't use the grill even if they paid me (waste bin). Pingpong bats is unusable. In general, everything is in bad condition. No lobby bar or anything like that. Surroundings of the pool. Only Hungarian channels on TV. Mosquitoes outside after dark ... I don't recommend this accommodation because there's no worth of money.

I don't know! Working air-condition (but in 4star hotel is it basic, or not?). Free parking. Swiming pool is probably the only good thing, in think.

The property could not have reasonably been a 4**** hotel Also, it felt like a bait and switch, as we had booked the Admiral Resort and got moved to the Kristaly Hotel as an "upgrade". It didn't feel like an upgrade at all.

Well the place wasn’t finished. ie No shower door installed on one. Unable to close the rest we had 4 rooms. We also could not lock rooms door and made never made the beds Simply the premises were not finished

1. They gave us room that was not in the picture of booking app. 2. When we wanted to pay, they asked for 60euros more, i opposed and asked why? Initial responde was: "i need to write down bill that is in my system" but price was 60 euros more. But after 1 hour of waiting they didn't come up with answer why should we pay more, and at end we paid price we booked initialy. 3. Unfortunatly we left 45 euros fast tablet charger at the admiral hotel room. They confirmed that they found it in booking message. And they stoped responding to emails od messages after I asked if they can send it to my home adrees on my charge. We live 2 hours drive from that hotel. I hoped i could get my charger back. 4. I takes up to 2 days to get initial answers from that place in proces of booking. 5. Adress they have on booking if you put it google maps will take you to enterance you cannot use, and it is all locked up. The real enetrance is from another street around the corner. Update your booking information.

Staff tryed to be polite and helpfull during our stay, to the point.
