Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Humm...can't think of anything.
Very organized and efficient with an elevator. The breakfast was superb, staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location, lots of things to do and many good restaurants walking distance. Private parking lot was just a half a block away for a reasonable price.

A small, pleasant and very nice hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is nice and plentiful. Parking is in the building across the street. Highly recommendation

Pecs is a wonderful city. The Adele Boutique Hotel is centrally located, yet quiet. We had a ground floor suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was terrific.

We loved everything.

I missed a city map and I could’nt find nowhere a nice book about Pécs

The suite was nice but the sofa facing the entrance door is a bit odd and I always love a bath tub which this suite didn't have. It's odd also not to have some bottled water available.
The location is phenomenal - so close to the beautiful central piazza. The staff members we had contact with were absolutely lovely; very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and stylish and very quiet. The recommendation for a place to eat dinner was perfect! The parking was also super convenient.

We liked the town but it’s hard to get to without a car. So it’s not the hotel’s fault. Not a lot to do in this town. Just an obscure town on the way. Our lock on our door was fussy. Staff had to teach us how to make sure the room locked. We entered our room through the breakfast room, which was odd.
We had a full suite with a kitchen. It was very nice. Staff was great. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was really nice. It was tasty and versatile. The staff was super nice. The location of the hotel is basically next to the main squre / city center and we could get anywhere within 10 minutes.

Excellent location, close to city centre. Fantastic breakfast at an ambient place. Very kind and helpful daytime concierge (stored our backpacks until check-in time and then delivered them to our room).

An excellent hotel in a fantastic position in the heart of the historic old town.My room was stylish and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and you could order eggs and bacon, etc freshly prepared by the chef.
