    “I am requesting a full refund. We refused to stay and left. It was terribly neglected and dirty. Look at the photos.Linnen all dirty with bloody marks. I recommend discontinuing this listing on Booking.com. Horrible accommodation.”

    “Very comfortable and well equipped. Rooms were really nicely decorated and designed. Everything smelt very clean. Janós, who welcomed us, was very nice. The cinema was brilliant! Lovely location over looking the valley, especially from up the hill.”

    “We had a wonderful stay! THe owners were incredibly warm and open - they truly enjoy meeting people and were always happy to chat with us. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and welcoming from the very first moment. And the view from the bed was just unforgettable - waking up and seeing the volcano was simply magical. We couldn't have asked for a better experienc and would definitely come back.”
